I am a retired nurse from the Philippines and I worked 6 yrs in Saudi Arabia,1 yr in Libya,11 yrs in the United Arab Emirates and 15 here in the US. I agree that the Philippines is known if not the biggest exporters of nurses, seafarers, caregivers and domestic helpers as well as other manpower in the world. Same with India we also have the biggest outsourcing call centers that serves businesses of other countries,why? because english is our second language and we can communicate well in english. Not to mention also of our vast natural resources and reserves whether in land or in sea.
