By “mahalaga” do you mean it will affect this case? Mahalaga for purposes of informing the court and the complainant that there has been compliance. However, it does not mean that he has not served his sentence simply because he did not inform the court
My opinion only : yes we may say na legally it is not a big deal po na ndi sya umattend. pero morally as we, voters eh ngkaron ng doubt. as he goes for an interview on afternoon with saying good health sya at ok na ok sya then knabukasan malala na yung nararamdaman. i cant see whats the purpose but Lie is a lie.
