I don't understand how you could say that Spurs has 3 potential All-Stars and not adding Jeremy to the list. Let's be honest - all stars are not just about the playing. Being A STAR helps. And I suppose Wemby and Sochan are going to be two biggest stars of the team. Simply their character won't allow them to stay in the shadows.
Jeremy is going to be a loud personality, but the way he’s used by Pop will have him doing a lot of unappreciated grunt work. He’s in that Borris Diaw role and it’s a role that isn’t going to give many opportunities
ANY video about the Spurs is OK by me, so thanks! I totally agree that they are better than most people think. A couple of issues though : Spurs waived Cam Payne on Sept 12. Wemby won't be the Center - Pop already said that Zach Collins will start there.
Projected first 5 will be Collins at C, Wemby at PF, Sochan at SF, Vassell at SG and Trey at PG. Now look at the next 2 coming of the bench, Keldon and Branhan- Bucket getters!. We got a team folks.
Sochan isn't starting, Keldon is the engine of the offense, anytime he was out everyone struggled to score yes even vassell. There were very few games where they didn't play without keldon and with the other guys, but the offense was abysmal whenever he was having a bad night or out. Part of the reason Devin looked so good at times was because teams were packing the paint for Keldon giving Dev a lot more room to operate
@@diamantecarter8625 it's gonna be tre, he's been asked about being a pg and how comfortable he is, he said very comfortable but that most nights it's gonna be a mess and others it will look really good but they're just experimenting with him as a pg in his own words
Pop floated the idea that if Manu can come off the bench, anyone could. Keldon was asked about it and he said he'd do anything to win. Sochan will start alongside Wemby and Vassell. Keldon will still play big minutes of course. Just imagine him as our 6th man alongside Branhan. Few 2nd units will have that firepower.
@@RMASUPERFLY I get that but listen to Doug McDermott when asked about the starting 5 he named sochan vassel keldon wemby and Zach collins then he continued to say sochan is playing a more point foward roll 👀, then look at at Jeremy sochan media day interview when they asked him how does he feel about playing the 1 and will he be comfortable? and his demeanor when asked that question laughing like yea ima be the starting pg when asked by reporter….then look at Tre jones media day he said different guys 1-4 are going to bring the ball up court more it’s going to be position less basketball this year, then look at wemby media day interview when he told reporters guys are developing into new positions and rolls on the team and it’s pretty surprising 👀 don’t be surprised if sochan is starting at pg like I said and if I’m wrong y’all can come to the comments and bash me

Gotta work on that "clickbait" I feel like seeing such a logically incorrect title easily makes someone not want to watch a video, especially new viewers. I suggest using titles that are a little more broad, like "Why the Spurs young core is better than you think." I feel like those kinds of titles grasp a viewer better, but hey, what do I know.
@@nbaswish but it’s still questionable why one would think cam Payne is any better of a back up pg than graham. Payne is severely inconsistent in shooting, handles the ball with lack of care on some possessions. Great at attacking off the dribble but that’s not what’s needed with a back up pg for the spurs rn.
This is an incompetent video for being posted today (10/5). Payne has long since been waived and signed with Milwaukee. Devonte Graham is a key cog of the bench unit. He isn't going anywhere. Reggie Bullock, also gone, now with the Rockets. Pop has already mentioned Zach Collins being the starting C too over the summer. Come on. Be better. Lol
Young players no creditable NBA experience/accolades Just mostly College exp. and roll player experience, now they are expected to put out on this big stage . last years didn't no playoff eligible but all the best. Every year the teams got the right parts,lol ,let us wait and see, plus Victor a star player from former organization with a fault mouth coach ,how much will he take knowing he seen better an played better with less breathing on his back, left to be seen.
