I was.born in SW Georgia and even though I was moved to Central Florida at the age of 3 months, I have always loved peaches!! At the age of 70,I don't think that's ever going to change!!

I grew up eating the peaches with milk... we had peach trees. We also froze peaches and then put them in a blender with milk and honey, and we called it ice cream. We did that with cantaloupe too! Love you all so much! Continued prayers! God bless

here where I live is all green giant and little green guys so it fun to see what each town has as their mascots and other things they want to show off

My grandfather loved to cut up peaches in a bowl & pour Carnation milk over them. I was my grandfather’s apple of his eye. I followed him everywhere he went & ate everything he ate. We put milk in our iced tea. We ate squirrel stew together. I’d help in his garden. When the vegetables were ready for picking, I’d pick one row & he’d pick the one beside me. We did that everyday until all the vegetables were gone. I’d also help my grandmother snap peas speckled butter beans. We’d sit on the back porch & shucked corn when it was in season. I loved visited my grandparents. They were wonderful people. They had 5 grandchildren & I was their only granddaughter. My grandfather was also a rural mail carrier. I’d ride with him & help him deliver the mail during the summertime. I loved their country life. Their grandsons really didn’t give a hoot about any of it. Boy! I sure do miss them. ♥️

My papaw was a farmer in Weslaco Texas and he ate milk over peaches and we ate them a lot with cottage cheese, yummy!

One of the main reasons I love your show is that my grandpa grew up as a farmer near Huntsville. He died when I was 5, so I only have a few memories of him. But when he came to California to visit his daughter (my mom)'s new house in Irvine in 1974, he planted a white nectarine tree there, along with a plum and apricot. My sense of family history is intimately related to white nectarines! I'm hoping to buy a house soon with a garden just to be able to grow some myself!
