Room to grow. Looks like the g30-770 spools up nicely as is. With a larger displacement 2.4L, it will definitely be paired together nicely.

You dont understand how insane these turbos are. A g25 would probably blow this car up from too much low end tq. I have a g35-1050 on my evo with the biggest turbine housing they make for it, and big ass cams, 2.0 and it rounded my 3rd gear the same week I put it on.

Keeping my b18cr engine in my Integra no plans for a swap. Clean Type Rs are hard to come by these days especially in stock form. Hopefully an unmolested example will be worth more in the long run🤞In saying this a turbo charged k20 sounds mental.

@@Itr-tv7kt Yeah, I don't know if you have instagram, but I use it to watch the story updates for importer shops. HMO Honda Motors Online has a page and they get B18C5's in occasionally, however the price is close to 10k, which i understand, but it is harder to justify that, at that price it is almost better to go K series. I want period correct though, I don't think the K looks bad in the engine bay, but I want the entire experience of the 99 hatchback (even if it is slower) the cool thing about Hondas is the mixing and matching parts. I just need a B18C5 with 4.7 Final Drive and LSD, and a integra steering rack (so I can get the steering ratio sharper) and it will be a blast to drive. If I can find a type r transmission and put around with a b18b for awhile I wouldn't mind. The D series in it has 200k miles, but runs great. I'm super late to the Honda game, I was a DSM and Nissan guy my entire life.

K20a2 is better for turbo on stock engine and why people spend to much money for basic set up I have ep3 around 600hp on stock internals running gt3582R from ebay 6 year turbo still working and 100-200 in 6.4 sec faster than gsxr 750 tunned

As i original owner of a 2001 integra type r.. i wouldnt do a engine swap on my car. that's the reason why i built my engine instead of swapping it .. it kinda hurts to see this build but it's not mine LOL.. i would love to have that engine swap in a normal integra tho
