I think that could make a lot of sense. It would feel inauthentic for her to totally give up on her plans because Gabe is gone. Sure he was a big piece in her plan, but she seems pretty determined. Plus as you mentioned Lila needs someone to bounce off of to make her more compelling and layered as a villain. Which could be someone new, maybe whatever the thing is she saw, but it could be Tomoe as well more in the background.

Tomoe was probably the one who funded Gabriel and Emilie in their quest for the Peacock Miraculous since she needed it to create Kagami.

You should do a deep dive into Amelie’s character, first i think she deserves a bloody medal of honour for parenting skills, but also you’ve done a deep dive into pretty much every other parental figure.

I want to see this! I mean, sure, The Agreste Arc might be finished, but it doesn't mean we can't use stuff from it! It just means that the focus is not on it anymore, but we still have a *lot* to discover!

Tomoe is a pretty complex and interesting character so I’m hoping that Kagami finds out what she does stands up to her.

Sense they bungled Adrian storyline with finding out who his dad is. What if they did this: Cat noir finds out Marinette/ladybug, lied to him. And his father was the villain all along. Once he finds out, he slowly starts to become somewhat of an antihero. Not like Felix, but better. Cat noir/Adrian can have a couple episodes dedicated to him slowly, turning away from the life of having to constantly listen to ladybug and be her right hand man, and drifts away from her. He doesn’t become whiny and self-centered, he just becomes his own hero. And with this, able to take thelimelight in some episodes. If we’re lucky, maybe Nino will defect to Adrian/cat noir’s side once cat noir tells him everything. So then cat noir can have his own little squad of heroes separate from ladybug. Then you can have-in the season finale- cat noir agrees to fight once again withladybug, not returning to the status quo, but becoming more of an independent hero who can still be useful to the character Thomas Asterix seems to favor. Once he has figured out all the details about what happened with his father, he chooses to forgive ladybug. But this time, HE is the one to defeat Lila. Not on his own, but WITH ladybug this time. Then we can have an identity reveal since Lila is bound to be a good fighter, and she manages to steal ladybugs earrings. Cat noir then wanted to defeat Lila, and in the end, cat noir reveals his identity as well

I feel like Nathalie should've been the next villain, and yes, Tomoe will be a huge part of it as well. I mean, in terms of assets and experience with miraculous for villainy, Nathalie is like the second best. She has Gabe's lair, Tomoe's technology, combat expertise, intelligence, and style. If only they didn't give her that half assed, barely baked redemption arc, she could've been the next one

So, it's just a theory abt Tomoe and her motivation. If u remember in the ep Sole Crusher, the scene where Zoe and Andre talk in the balcony and Andre shows her the dream chamber, and in that we see a person looking almost like Kagami, but with long hair. So my theory is that the person in the script/book is Kagami's sister and she died bc of some reason. So Kagami's dad created Kagami and now he is dead/comma. Bc imo that person looks more like Kagami than Tomoe. And if it's true what if Tomoe wants to bring her daughter back and would want to sacrifice Kagami in the wish. So either Tomoe wants her husband back or her daughter. I know it raises a lot of questions like why is Tomoe blind? or why has Kagami or Tomoe but mostly Kagami never mentioned her father or sister before ? The most important question is why was Kagami's sister (if she is) in that film Andre was filming?

Tomoe was involved with the movie Solitude. If you look at former Mayor Andre Bourgeois safe contents there is a picture of a young Tomoe inside. She has been around Gabriel for many years.

I TOTALLY agree, I think there's a l9t that they can do! I honestly don't think they will do that good, cuz this is miraculous we are talking about, but I hope they do at least something. And I have a theory: Lila became friends with Kagami, but in "Lies" we learn Kagami knows how to see if something is a lie, so she is just playing with Lila, then this is just one example: Maybe Lila will send a message to Kagami and Kagami mom will see it, so she will get invested, maybe she will even try to discover Lila (as hawkmoth) identity which will be interesting. As for Kagami goes she and Felix will turn to the bad side, but in reality they will be telling ladybug all Lila's plans. Also I kinda feel Lila has a brother, I don't know why. So yeah that's why I think, I hope the writers don't screw this up... Again 😅

Just because Kitty or Bug don't have a emotional connection to Tomoe is the EXACT REASON she'll the S6 greatest villain for this (sadly, stupidly) continuing franchise. In all honesty, her unknown motives, (abuse of NY FAVORITE girl Kagami WORSE then Gabe was to Kagami's Adrien) claiming to continue Gabe's legacy are high points enough to keep thinks truly and unexpectedly interesting. Tomoe was the only one that Gabe himself was seen scared of. The blind blunette he'd power of him, that wasn't revealed. Let alone that Adrigami and Felix are sentimonsters. I love how shockingly good the writers did portraying Adrien and Felix as such. Yet never indulged deeper how or why Kagami is as well. Regardless, Marinette has Bug has ALWAYS lied to Kitty now that she and Adrien are dating, IT SHOULD ALL COMING CRASHING DOWN ON HER!! The big consequences for Dupain-Cheng (tho we all the writers aren't going to do it, they cater to this poor protagonist, SHOULD have been Adrien as the main) is that Adrien BREAKS UP WITH HER AND TURNS TO KAGAMI AND FELIX FOR COMFORT!! Tomoe could play off Cat Noir's pain better then Lila with Butterfly Miraculous. Rant over not actually looking forward to S6, hoping the series finally be cancelled. I never understood why Tomoe wants to help Gabriel with getting the two miraculous to save his wife. Why would she poke her nose into this?

This makes me increasingly worried for Felix. Aside from the bs with Once Upon A Time (I loved Felix and Kagami's theatre kid moment, but he wouldn't make another Sentibeing. It's out of character.) He made it pretty clear he isn't going to use the Peacock as 'intended'. Also, his character has worked so well so far because he isn't overused. He's my favourite character, but seeing him as one of the protagonists worries me. I don't trust Astruc not to mess him up. So, seeing as he won't use the Peacock to make Sentibeings (hopefully. I can see the writers just forgetting his entire arc -.-) and he works best as a character you don't see too often, I personally can't see him as a permanent member of the team. Also, since he's dating Kagami, Tomoe has motive. I am concerned Tomoe might get her hands on the Peacock Miraculous somehow. Lila technically could have been a villain with ANY Miraculous, but she got the Butterfly, so we'll continue to have Akumatized villains...Thematically it would make sense if she had someone working alongside her with the Peacock, like Gabriel did. For the very first time, I am praying for this show to remember it's for kids, and, if she does get her hands on the Peacock, she won't use it to kill off my favourite character.

Yeah, I can't wait until season 10 when Lila and Tomoe are finally defeated after getting their wishes granted, since Marinette forgives them like she did with Hawkmoth. The ideas here are interesting yes, but Miraculous is notorious for stretching out plotlines longer than taffy on a taffy puller. Don't get me started on the potential of Kagami getting sat out during the final fight with her mother.

Finally someone else thinks this way. For me, episodes like "Perfection", "Protection" and "Pretension" showed, that she is the true villain. Despite I haven't watched Star Wars, I can compare it to Ninjago Season 11 Ice Chapter, where Zane aka Ice Emperor was the main villain, but Vex was the true villain, or Beyblade Burst Evolution, where Shu as Red Eye is the main villain, while Theodore Glass (Ashtem) is the true villain. Unfortunately, we haven't discovered how Gabriel ended up in debt to Tomoe, wgich dream did he take away, and if Kagami is a sentimonster, was she created by Tomoe or Kagami's father. Lila could actually team up with Tomoe, asking her for technology, while in return Lila will try to end Marinette and Adrien's relationship and make Kagami and Adrien together.

Or here's an idea here: that blue time-traveling figure we saw in the leak trailer the London special could be an akumatized Argos/Felix at a point in time when he made sure he and his mother made sure Cerise fairly earned their trusts with no tricks and no deceptions since he'll probably have learned all of her skills there since like myself or anyone else in the fandom here is probably not to thrilled that his now late terrorist of a deadbeat uncle to him and brother-in-law to his mother is being falsely praised and rewarded as a hero instead of punished or exposed and that even Tomoe herself got off Scott freely too since she'll probably make it even more difficult for him to be with her daughter more than ever now because series Marinette failed at being a hero compared to her movie adaptation is probably really like which he, Cerise, and his mother will learn about along with the rest of the multiverse through the kwami's vast knowledge about as revealed in the Paris special and Felix will have to privately take down figures like Tomoe, Audrey, Bob Roth, or Andre (even if the narrative is trying to trick us into thinking he's not) without them or any of the heroes or series Ladybug even knowing or noticing it yet especially when they even also find out about the alternate Cat Blanc timeline future that existed before because of the actions of all 4 series versions of Marinette, Adrien, Gabriel, and Nathalie (compare to what they're like in the movie adaptation over them) especially the guardians' history as the worst mentors in their branch tree of world timelines there (compare to what the one the movie adaptation is from at over there) so Felix might revert to being enemies with series Ladybug who is in one of those "Villains Who Were Right/or Had Justified Motivations" Doctor Doom/Killmonger-esque figure against her who might be in these "Heroes Who Were Wrong" area there if you seen any of those kinds of videos from ScreenCrush before there. And, series Adrien might found out that he's always had Cat Blanc as a evil, manipulative split personality of him compromising over him into thinking that after that Anti-Cat nightmare that he was imbued with before in "Representation" will trick Adrien into thinking having him around will make him stronger, and more powerful Cat Noir for him to have as a last resort if Cat Noir fails at first and even try to keep his friends away and estranged from him and Marinette just to her all to himself and keep her around with to make him think it's better that way there on purpose (think of like Symbiote Spider-Man w/ the Green Goblin personality from Norman Osborn as a minor antagonist for Felix and Cerise being forced also trying to avert the kind of willingly threat outcome to happen in the future too if that is to be the case too there after the scarring effects even that nightmare had on him there to go from thinking "I'm not good enough!!!!")

She’s the only one of the two “mastermind” terrible parents still around after all. Tomoe has potential. I want to see why she’s such a ruthless figure and the backstory of her blindness. I need an explanation for her gross mistreatment of her own daughter, and NOT see it chalked up to her being a strict Asian parent. But I feel like Kagami will end up like Adrien, a simple trophy for another character with a superficial arc that barely dips into her potential. Womp womp.

I see why you think Tomoe is the ultimate villain, but I think you're off. If the series has an ultimate villain, some franchises like this one don't always have one, it will be the Supreme. The first reason I suspect this is the ending of season five. We see "Lila" being attacked by a ball of light just after putting on the moth brooch. Given what little we know about the two possible attackers, the Supreme seems more likely given the precautions we saw he set up when he gave the Miraculous to alt Marinette and Adrien. Also given the fact that he ALREADY rules a world, he might go for multiversal domination, something even Tomoe might balk at. Of course given some of the blunders that the writers have done, they may try something far more stupid than either of our ideas.

Just imagine Layla with Tomoe be villain...I am scarred!Cuz they are worse threat then Gabriel was!! Cuz Layla is much worse then Gabriel was!Just imagine how powerful both could be.Now when Tomoe has power of Aliance and Layla even without miraculous was pretty much powerful with her manipulating and making plans they would be hard to stop.They could make deal,I don't think Layla care about miraculous bit more of destroying Ladybug and Tomoe had too interest on miraculous.Unlike Gabriel and Tomoe this one could work.Layla is different then Gabriel.She has no bond to stop her.She is bad for sake of bad,she has no problem do things without hesitation or hurt other people,so selfish and petty is her revenger to anyone like Ladybug or Matinette.And Tomoe?She same as Layla as well.We doesn't even know if she really cares about Kagami so much or is she just her replacement of her future what she couldn't have.Idk like you but it would be awesome if they would team up!
