But you realize Alec Baldwin is 100% guilty right? The actual corruption is the judge dismissing the case. There's not only no established validity to the "evidence" claimed, the claimed evidence also has zero to do with the case. It's like dismissing a murder trial because the prosecution didn't include the eyewitness-identified gunman's uncle's speeding ticket in discovery.

Nevertheless, there were many reports of negligence on the Rust set. The armorer should have been able to distinguish between props and live rounds. And should have conducted the necessary checks before loading any and every gun. The manager/producer should have made sure that no live rounds arrive at the set. These people carry collective fault by omission. The investigation should continue up until the bottom - who brought the live amo? What precautions were not followed and who is responsible for ensuring the bullets are only props? These questions remain open. It is not right the case to be closed because of one mistake on the part of the prosecution.

Most everyone knew not to even waste your time on this trial he's a high-profile celebrity of course he's going to walk any normal citizen would have already been in jail. He will forever be remembered as the man who tried to convince the world that guns fire themselves. And kill people.

Just because someone has money and success doesn't mean that they deserve to be wrongly prosecuted and convicted of a crime. Please enlighten yourself. Even the prosecution team has admitted under oath that they had no case against him and that the head prosecutor instructed them to hide evidence in a desperate attempt to convict him. It could also be argued that the only reason he was ever charged is BECAUSE he's a celebrity.

@@kleepo7733...Are you slow??? The prosecution admitted that Baldwin was told the gun was a "Cold Gun" which meant it was safe by the armorer whose responsibility it was to inspect the weapons. Every day actors and actresses are handed guns to use in movies and tv shows and it is the armorer on set who ensures they are safe to use. The prosecutor admitted that the armorer told Baldwin the weapon was safe but that in his case only that isn't enough.. then it turns out the prosecutor has been withholding evidence that showed Baldwin was innocent in violation of his Constitutional rights. This video explains it. The sheriffs department and prosecution broke multiple laws and court procedural codes. One prosecutor quit earlier today in protest over what her partner was doing. This is now going to result in the armorer having her conviction overturned.

WoW! New Mexico let's murder of this woman's untimely departure as lightly as she was at fault for getting in the way of an actor who created a reckless environment at the movie set, How dare you POINT the finger at a poor wealthy actor so famous in Hollywood, why if that victim were alive today she would have been procecuted for being in his way, how twisted the LAW is here in New Mexico where victim's are treated like criminal's, I say this because I have been the victim and the perpetrators that commited a serious crime to me, got away with it, and the police and court system treated me like I was supposed to just accept being victimized , and shut up or they will SHOOT me! if I pursue a case to recover my own property that was taken by a Californian porn movie producer, I have to move and he gets to stay and continue to do other's this unlawful way, some of the local government employees have role's in sex scene's that are produced today.
