You got a standing ovation from me for covering FIVE before Kino. FIVE was me and my cousin's jam. Kino was basically an updated WaW map, but FIVE had Black Ops 1's dna in it. Great video.
Bo1 had the best maps and story. The story wasnt so wierd with aliens it was simple. First super easter egg was in bo1 too. Cuz before moons easter egg u had to do shangs and call of the deads easter eggs to get the stone and vrill device.
I mean technically the Vril (keepers) did exist during bo1 and are mentioned a lot, as well as their creations like the golden rod and MPD, they just got fully explained in bo3 and ruined the mystery
@@SaLaJim1010 Zet is probably one of my favorites, I love how much shit there is to do on the map, feels like a real adventure, and gives me WAW vibes with the abandoned creepy Division 9 bunker and experiments. 8/10 map imo
Slight correction: the main limiting factor of COTD was not reset, but an error that would occur when the box was hit too many times over the course of the game. Also, the scav is only a one shot up to round 34. Everything else about COTD was accurate :)
Five, Call of the Dead, and Moon are all so fun I still queue up almost every weekend on Xbox. I also thank Bo1 for giving us the ability to play to play split screen online! What a joy that was to play the original WaW maps split screened with two other online players.
The story was so good before the tentacle hentai crap. I really like the new Dark Aether story, and I *_really_* hope they don’t screw it up in _BO6._ the return of Gobblegums (probably as another microtransaction) alone is enough to make me not have much hope.
Tbh, mine is BO2. I know it's not a perfect game, but I love it despite that. I like it because each map is individually unique. I'm not saying the other games' maps aren't individually unique, it's just that BO2 specifically stands out to me. We went from Tranzit/Green Run, to Nuke Town, Die Rise, then Mob, from Mob to Buried, and from Buried to Origins. Idk. Something about BO2
Still love this game because it has some of the most interesting and challenging high round strategy's with the best zombie ai best zombies game for me for sure no other game has as interesting high rounds also the engine makes the waw maps very different as waw has really weird quirks
Great video bro. BO3 is the goat, but I'll always have a soft spot for BO1. It's just the most pure COD zombies experience there is imo. It had that classic simple design of WaW but with just enough innovations to keep it from being too barebones.
Wow, Five as an A tier and Kino as D tier? You sir, have my respect, i have never understood the hype of Kino, it gets boring after the 10th time, meanwhile, Five always has you on edge, while not having you completely vulnerable, the only way i MIGHT prefer Kino is playing Coop but other than that, probably not
6:11 tbf, I also just think that was a bad use of the Flopper ability, you used it when there were only two zombies ahead, even though there were more waiting behind them - and one still behind you.
Agree with just about everything said here except about shang. My hatred for that map alone is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth for BO1 and not because of a skill issue, I actually love playing Five. Aside from that, I got into zombies at the launch of BO1 so I’ll always love the game obviously but compared to what came after it, there’s not much of any reason to go back to it maybe except for the atmosphere or to dolphin dive. Every map on that game has been remastered or reimagined on newer titles with better graphics, updated movement/mechanics & more powerful weapons. Even then, I’d still say it’s better than something like infinite warfare or WW2 zombies. My top 3 is BO3, BO2, then BOCW with BO1 just after that
@@dariusdafigga It took me a bit to come around on it, but after playing enough to unlock and beat the super ee boss I really started to like its game mechanics and feel.
I remember when I first played bo1 I was 4 years old. I was so terrified. But I slowly gained to love it. Now cod is the main game I play but I will say I definitely miss bo1. Not a fan of the new stuff at all. I play bo3 for the zombies chronicles to give me a bo1 vibe.
@@CoachFerret don’t blame you 😅 I think it interesting they are hyping up bo6 which is making me kinda wanna get it but yet again after bo3 to me all the games have been bad. I now hear woods is back linking to bo2 so I’m like is there hope? But if the zombies is anything like the new ones I ain’t getting it 😂
It is not my favorite but I can have fun with it, I think some of the gameplay additions and perk changes were good. But it kind of felt like someone trying to copy what made zombies great versus actually what made it great at times.
