i agree, but not even Russia nor China tries to take these ppl out, has to be someone, some ppl who have no fear of death nor any care n highly capable of taking these well protected fools out.. In any attempt, even if successful in taking one or more of these criminals out, they'll likely be killed in the process, so it has to be an army of hitmen dead set on the mission for justice n i just don't see it happening..
