People are just out of their minds. Devon was gonna lose no matter what because even if he pulled the king's move in that position and Levan went for the press, then it is just a matter of time before he loses. This is because Levan is leveraging his whole weight in that position and Devon will gas out eventually if he tried to hold that weight. Devon in that position would lose his energy 10 times faster that Levan because Levan just has to keep his body like that and wait for Devon to gas out.
It's called super heavyweight class for a reason. If you want to hang out there you need to know you'll be among giants weighting 130+ Kgs... I don't see anything wrong.
@@Martijn29009 exactly. People say that John in his prime wouldn't be able to beat Levan, etc. But what if prime John pulls Levan when he was weighing a little more than 100 kg?? No chance for Levan...
@@eddie0Fllsorry prime brzenk was great but was beatable unlike Levan who smashed guys like devon like nothing…also he destroys giants as well Vitaly/Kurdecha/devon with ease again with ease nothing a challenge to him while brzenk struggled in his prime and actually lost. Levan>all imo.
@@altair227 brezenk in 2010 wasn't in his prime anymore... His prime era was over in 2007. After that shoulder problem his sidepressure wasn't the same anymore. I don't agree. Prime Brezenk beats 110 - 120 kg Levan...
@@eddie0Fll in 2006 even though john was at his biggest and strongest he lost in a hook against farid osmanli…he won the super match but lost a round to farid. He also was defeated many times threw the 80s and 90s and early 2000s Levan from 2017 onward is a destruction machine armwrestling never seen something like this.
If you look closely. Levan shoulder pass the center line in the first round when he flop press Devon. So I think the referee had made a poor decision calling a foul in Devon even though Levan foul first. But either way, Levan would still come out on top based on the rest of the rounds.
@@shouldi2711 once Devon got down in a kingsmove, the refs shift all there focus to Devon's shoulder angle. If they stop Levan early, maybe Devon wouldn't gas out that much.
@@jacoba636 it wasnt a matter of gassing out, devon got streched out too hard and fast and his bicep was weak after, him going in such a low kingsmove made it worse.
No, Devon shoulder below table and right there Levan shoulder didnt pass the center, after 2-3s Levan press more and ref said stop. Just look at video closely
Here we go.. the footage was reviewed by the refs mid match. They discovered Devon’s shoulder dropped below the table in a declining, losing position before Levans shoulder crossed center. So the foul was given to Devon. And rightfully so.
Devon is the second best armwrestler yes , but please stop crying guys , Devon lost fair and square , good job he didn't get injured again like the first match !
Nobody is crying pal. We're just saying that Devon hasn't been pinned on that first round. Just FOULED because of a kings move. P!ss of with thinking everything is crying.
Devon sustained a much more long lasting injury. Than a part torn bicep in the second match. Levan broke his mind. It'll take years to come back from that heavy loss.
@@eywassup3375 And did you see the championship belt on Levan's waist?also if we are talking about a mistake of refferee, even a blind man would see how terribly devon was cheating during grips
I think it's a great idea. Like, weight category matches, that you have the same weight as your opponent the kings move should be banned. But not on the super heavyweight category.
What's wrong with the kings move? Why is it okay for a presser to lay on the table with there whole upper body but an outside puller can't go below the table?
@@thatarmwrestlerbecause both athlets can do press the same way. But if u have hyperextended arm your kings move will be less strong than devon or michael todd one😅
But imagine situation when this match was promoted 6 months earlier as a match of the century, people bought tickets, took popcorn and ready to watch. 1st round starts, Devon goes to king move and Levan breaks his hand. How spectators would feel? Does this answer a quastion if Levan is stronger then Devon or just means Devon has weak bones? Additionally we'll have lost Devon from arm sport for years.
It didn’t look like a pin to me, if the arm break position was allowed. If it were Levan would’ve lost a ton of endurance round 1 so who knows how different the match would be.
Monday quarterback take: he had no chance. You saw it in his face after round one. Just like you saw it after he injured himself in round 2 KOTT. The strength gap was too big. And no, break arm position should always be a foul. Being fully outstretched and avoiding a pin by going under the table like a seesaw is not arm wrestling. People need to stop whining about this.
Why is un fair? I mean go to other category bro . Its just crazy what people said. Its like the man us bigger stronger bettee , let me allow to do cheat Wtf bro
I don’t think weight is a big factor as Devon has beaten people over his weight like georgi. It was Devon’s choice to also come in at the weight as he thought weight didn’t really make a difference in his strength. Levon is just to powerful for Devon’s style of arm wresting as his biceps just don’t hold up.
Honestly as time goes on I can understand why many people didn't like Devon when I started watching armwrestling, the dude is one of the goat yet acting like a salty little child , which makes sense before a big fight , it sells but he is always like that at this point always 'In character' , no matter how much someone destroys him he still come up with an excuse and his little fanboys suck it all up
Yeah yeah... After 2 matches it's still not clear who is stronger .... We need third match.. In both matches Devon almost won , referees where on Levans side + Devon didn't know that it was absolute weight ! We need third match where referee will be Jodi and Levan Should loose his weight to 115 kg !!
Allows kingsmove with shoulder above the paralell line, not below as he was diving and hanging on one arm with a huge risk of injury for Devon. Actually his whole body was pressed.
@@balajsvaheberts1076 Yes, Devon committed a foul and cheated the setup and gain an advantage, but he still couldn't pin Genadi. genadi was super strong that day.
Devon not only got his ass kicked but got outsmarted as well in the first round. He will never get over it 😐 Now he is crying about king's move rules, and even trying to train other people with the purpose of they beating Levan one day. Pathetic!
That was Devon's choice to be in the Super heavy weights and he knew that levon was bigger. Why are you calling levon a cheater ,it's Devon he he the con man big mouth cheater.
The Weight comparison is a Joke and Rubbish Talk , This is a Open Weight No Limit category Cody is Well Over 200Kg and Not As Strong as Levan Brah. Kings Move is To Ugly of a Move to Be allowed Back 🗑️ it.
Devon should go threw vitaly/kurdecha/revaz/morozov if he want to face levan again stop this fan made matches he must earn his spot this time as far as I’m concerned he should face genadi and beat him first as well he got his azz kicked by genadi.
Levan made all the rest of the rounds legit, but we must admit. Devon got screwed against Genadi on their first round and the very SAME happened with Levan. KOTT is better to me because of that.
How did Devon get screwed round one? He knew the rules, and still proceeded to drop his shoulder below the table with his humerus in a declining position, in a losing position BEFORE Levans shoulder crossed center table. Down ref called the foul on Devon, head ref called the foul on Levan, the footage was reviewed and it showed Devon fouled before Levan crossed center table. It’s not that hard to understand unless YOU have a clear bias.
@@joshuaholliman6599yeah reffing was clean in this match. Devon is simply stating that arm break rules are to protect pullers, but he feels the puller should be able to opt to place himself in danger-I don’t agree. The kings move rules as they stand are fair.
The King's Move is a form of cheating if it involves fully stretching your arm. I believe this tactic is unfair to opponents as it makes it almost impossible to pin someone in that position. Competitors should fight fairly and stand upright rather than ducking under the table.
