sir but generally in india we are providing alternate bent ups in slab so there is no much space for horizontal chair bars and in your video the negative bars are not through out the slab why both are different ??

Sir I want to construct 1st floor (Total Roof Maximum 750 Sqft.) of my House. Mere Ground floor ek saal pahele complete ho chuka hai. Ab issue yeh hai ki Roof ke upar 2 se 3 feet tak ka column steel bar chhoda gaya hai, kya mein yahan se lapping suru karke upar ka (1st Floor) ka kaam sure kar sakta hun. Mere foundation work (column pit) 4 floor ke hisab se hua hai but mein bus 3 floor (ground +1st +2nd floor) banana chahta hun. Please help me. Picture Post nahin kar sakte otherwise mein post karta. Thanks.

Civil Amir ....dear... reinforcement for negative moments are provided in two manners ...either it will be bent up /cranked....and other one will.be curtailment of bar....generally most of the country's..(Pakistan) provided curtailment of bar ...because it saves reinforcement quantity...

What are those plastic pipes... Are those plastic pipes also casted with slab.. Is there any problem arise with plastic pipes like forming voids in concrete slabs? Can anyone explain me how it will be stay with that concrete slab along with life time of structure without getting any damage or without causing any damage to concrete?

Its just Simple first you have to define height of chairs (Lets Take a Footing Depth - 600mm & Top & Bottom Bars of Footing 20mm Dia) Calculation 600 Depth of Footing -Less Cover 100mm (Bottom Cover 50 + Top Cover 50) - actual height you get 500mm & chairs rest on Bottom Single Bars will less Bottom 20mm Dia (According to placing of Chairs) and than less Top Both Bars (20+20 )mm Dia - Less 40mm = 500 - (20 + 40) = 440mm Actual Height of Chair.
