PTSD is LEGIT, and running from it never works. Glad to hear Chris talking about needing some help with it because there are def ways to recover from events causing PTSD like he's talking about.

Ok, that looks like a lot of fun! I have been to Vietnam and am thinking of riding it this year. I never thought of doing home stays! how difficult was it to arrange home stays when you were away from bigger centers?
