After 5 years of living on the water, we have sold the boat, and moved back on land. While we haven't exactly "settled down" or transitioned into a more normal living arrangement, it still is a huge adjustment for us. In this video, We go over all the details of why we sell our Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge, and what our next few moves look like.
Thank you so much to those of you who have followed along our journey over the last few years. We love and certainly will miss the lifestyle, but we also know that our cruising adventures on the water are pretty much just getting started. So while this is a bitter sweet moment, we are really excited for what's to come, and we think that you will be too!

Just found you guys in YT…. And it’s already bittersweet on video #2 that I watched. First vid was you guys living on it…. I was excited to see this and second video you guys were leaving it behind. Wife and I worked all our lives and just now entertaining the idea of a boat / rv life. Kudos to you guys for starting earlier than us. Enjoy!

I went to Key West High School and grew up on Key Haven. At 18 years old, I couldn’t wait to see the Keys in the rear view. Now, looking at 50 I can’t figure out a way back except for the live aboard lifestyle. Good luck on the next adventure!! On a side note, focus your rv search in Vegas. A lot of deals to be had.

Damn. Been RVing for 3 years, I'm sure you guys will have a blast. Will keep following but will miss the boat content. Have fun on your future adventures!

Thanks! I guess now we need to come to you for some RV tips since we are newbies 😆. Being on the road is cool, but we are excited to get back out on the water in our smaller boat to see how it compares to living “large” on the water.

The future looks just as exciting as your past. Glad you’re still going to continue with the videos of your adventures. Perhaps we’ll run into you along the way! Best of luck to both of you!

A great video, I can't wait to see what the future holds not to mention the future videos covering some of the past life. I'm kind of a similar person in that I was a boater for 10 years, left it and got an RV which I've enjoyed for about 12 years already. Looking to get back into boating again but with full eyes open on what it will do to my wallet, LOL. Right now I'm playing with a 35 ft aft cabin with the idea of winter condo in Florida and possibly doing the Great Loop. Wish me luck as I'm wishing you luck with all your upcoming adventures.

Hello from Boston. Cool channel! Question- how crowded is the Keys getting with so many liveaboards? What is the main "Florida Keys boating" (I'm interested in sailing) resource you or anyone else here would recommend? Thanks and subbed

You may want to consider a sailboat as you save tons not having to buy as much fuel. I love the idea of RVing but you're still at the mercy of buying and needing fuel to go anywhere. I've considered and have been researching both sailing and RVing and it is a difficult choice as I love both. Perhaps like you did: do one first then sell and go with the other. You hit on an important aspect of living life on the road which is being able to earn money online. Not being tied down to a job in a specific location. As a professional chef that is difficult for me. I've been working out some ideas that maybe I can slowly transition to so that I can work full time from the road - or the ocean. Good luck to you both on your journeys ahead and God bless! P.S. would love to see videos of your conversion of the ambulance to an RV with real costs involved. How much did you pay for the ambulance and how many miles were on it? Did it need anything major done to it like an engine rebuild? Love to hear about this.

Hi, for a comb re/cruiser boat I was going to suggest a Ranger Tug, 25/28/31. You can do limited RVing and go boat in in interesting place. Sounds like you have found something similiar like the C-Dory. Let me know how it goes! I have a much older towable small trawler , but I'm older too and I don't think I can take the stress of towing an oversized trailer! Good, luck. Cheers Warren

Fuel cost will kill the boating industry. I think more more needs to be done for ev conversions, more companies offering them etc - charging wise they are far more suited than cars as in a marina your staying there for a while, where as cars really need a quick charge. Its just the weight and space of the batteries. When you use more fuel boats lighter but i'm not sure if batteries get lighter

I watched your video about things you dislike about living on a boat. Is there a preferred type of AC system or brand that you have figured out?

Almost sound like someone is pregnant... That would be a small reveal in size as you say, howeve a big reveal in importants 😉... BTW I posted prior to seeing the end of the video but when I got to the end that gave me more of a clue the stomach was being blocked by his arm.

Get a personal Zepplin and live in the sky. ok, while that may only be a fantasy, why not get a hot air balloon and fly around a bit here and there?
