Part of why we travel by motorcycle is to visit amazing places and become surrounded by the beauty of our world. In short, we do it to me awed.

Ride an awe more .... that is why I ride to enjoy the road , my surrendering ( city, country) to feel that wind on your face and enjoy the time we are alive doing something we love. Alain & Yellow

Well said. I re-entered motorcycling at 64 years old. I then realized how important it is to have something to look forward to in life. When I realized how much I enjoyed riding, I wondered why I didn't do it sooner. My adult son wisely replied " you did it when the time was right for you". Author John Campbell said " The happiness you find in life will relate in your ability to deal with uncertainty". Edward Hopper said " You learn to talk to silence- and silence answers in silence". Enjoy being In Search of Awe!

Yes…This is why we ride. Every road in this video, we’ve ridden, and yes…AWE! Sonora Pass is in our backyard, however, many riders have never heard of it. It is truly awe inspiring. Excellent video.👍👍👍👍

Thanks for another great bit of insite into the esoteric side of motorcycle riding. I’ve been riding since I was 19, currently in my 75th year. I have never been without at least one motorcycle. Currently there are three; Ducati Monster, Triumph 1050ST, and BMW R1100S. Awe is at the core for me . Going for a ride has been my personal therapy for what ever else might be going on in life. Being in the moment, smelling the air, feeling the wind, being alive and in the joy of riding. It still works, I still love it. Kudos my friend.

100% you nailed it. I couldn’t have said that Any better. Motorcycle riding is truly my personal therapy in life, in fact, if it wasn’t flooding down here in southern California i’d be out there, cruising the highways and highways taking it all in. Again, thank you for the years of great content. Be safe out there in all that you do, and enjoy your life to the fullest.

I'm 65 and I've ridden continuously since I was 14. I started riding motorcycles out of necessity. As a broke college student, I couldn't afford a car. Two wheels were the simplest way to get from point A to point B. Motorcycles were cheap transportation back in the 70's, and the second hand metric bikes I bought were as reliable as an anvil. I never really thought about the why of riding until I reached my mid-50's--and I still can't give a definite answer. What I do know is that years of riding motorcycles has given me a greater appreciation of the natural wonders that God created.

Craig, I'm sure many viewers won't "get" this one. I thought it was beautifully done. Perhaps because I didn't ride until age 58, the "blasting through the corners on the perfect line" never appealed to me. It has always been about the awe. Big Bend National Park gives me that. My wife thinks it is because I am a geologist and yes, I look at the mountains and try to imagine the time. The millions and millions of years. Or how in the total vacuum of space, when nothing existed, God made a single grain of sand. Out of what? Oh yeah, that moves the awe needle.

Patrice. Ile de la Réunion ✌️🛵🇨🇵🍻

Ah, the Icefields Parkway. We rode that our return from Alaska and it is one of my top rides. The ride through Rocky Mountain National Park was quite nice also, except for being 32 degrees and windy. However, nothing yet has matched riding in the Swiss Alps and Italian Dolomites. That is over the top riding.

Diary of a CEO is very good. Here in the UK Steven is one of the Dragons on Dragons Den (I think you have Shark Tank) and he always comes across as a thoroughly decent bloke.
