The key is to not have access to too much at once. You can put the toys in 3-4 bins and rotate them by the week so they get "new" toys every week. Certain things can be accessible all the time, like the ball pit and the easel. That should help a lot with the amount of toys. Then when he has to clean up, try not to laugh about it, because he thinks it's fun and games and will keep making a mess to make yall laugh. I see it happen a lot in my work and it's hard to get them out of that habit later. And even if it takes longer, they always have to help clean up. Also, remember they're not the same age and the same developmental level, so Shine and Savi aren't "fighting" over toys, Savi is still a baby and doesn't understand things the same way Shine does. But you're doing good, just wanted to share some mama/teacher tips!
If Shine want warm milk just give it to him lol there’s no need to make him drink cold milk. His stomach is still developing & sensitive, so warming it still, would be absolutely fine!

Try a fun straw for the milk he might like the ones that color change with temperature of drinks to get him more interested in trying, you have to drink it first n show him its good.
I gave my kids warm milk for awhile after they was off the bottle wht ever he prefers and as long as he is getting his milk to make him a strong boy is all that matters ❤
Yes i would sugggest holding off on having another baby as well because I had a C-section and it does takes a lot longer to heal and most doctors would recommend to wait a year or two to fully heal and recover to have another child.

Try putting a little bit of Nesquik chocolate powder or strawberry to give it some taste…they have the no sugar ones as well. I did this with both my girls and it worked.

I have 5 kids. Thank goodness your not in my living situation. We are all in a 2 bedroom apartment, tight fit. I used to let it drive me crazy and constantly clean and clean but now i wait until its all said and done. Once everyones done playing we clean up. We have 10 totes of toys. Plus bins under their beds. But their happy. One day i pray soon we get a bigger place, id take a bigger apartment. Its gods timing i guess.
With Shine, try the drinkable yogurt. You can also try the protein drinks they make for kids in between milk. The boys are going to trash their room! 😂 I used to restrict what they could take to the living room, the limit was one toy or book at a time and they had to put the other toy away first.
Y’all can get married to the court bourse and have a big reception and in the future u can include all the kids in the wedding or still have a wedding and do it in y’all 5 or 10 year wedding anniversary to renew y’all vows

Add some chocolate syrup to the milk and see if Shine will drink it. That's how we got our son to start drinking cold milk, then you hopefully can start adding less and less syrup.

Try pouring his milk in a cup before you start cooking breakfast. It could be that it's too cold. You could put it in a cup with a lid and straw if he can drink out of a straw.
