Why have a buyer's agent? A lot of folks think that all they do is unlock a door. Being a seller and a buyer representative, I can tell you there is much more than that to the buyer agent role. Most of the time, finding a home is the easiest part. The harder part is the negotiations, documents, property research, late-night and weekend phone calls, tracking inspections, re-negotiations, addendums, due diligence requests, managing timelines, and everything else that goes into a single transaction. My checklist has 30-60 items for the buyer side.
The seller already has an agent looking out for them. Why shouldn’t you?
Contact me if you need an agent in Asheville or the surrounding area to look out for you in a transaction.
