Once I seen the first one and seeing how it was made and the company KTM and I definitely remember that it has a Kawasaki motor and it’s made as well as it is for the price point and very nice people are going to hate that’s what they do five years ago you didn’t see the Polaris and the Can am 35,000 at first and I’m sure they’re even more when they already know how it goes I haven’t followed everything in a while but I’m getting back into it and once I seen this machine I was hooked So I’m trying to watch this many videos find out the different models and everything in my grandsons about to get off his five his first four wheeler and his grandma was gonna buy him one of those cheap Chinese made four wheelers I’m about to put my foot in the door on that one and tell her you got to get this one 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Most people that speak poorly of CF Moto are ignorant to the fact that KTM has a 49% stake in CF moto. The CF moto machines are a steal for the price. I would gladly take one over the 1000 Polaris Razor turbo that currently has a "No Drive Order" from the factory over a clutch defect that they have no fix for.
No negativity here but just because KTM has a foot in the CF Moto door doesn't mean they assemble motors like they would assemble a motor for KTM. I don't care what anybody rides but tell it like it is KTM and CF Moto motors are made on different assembly lines doesn't mean one's better than the others but it is a fact. Anything that gets anybody on the trail regardless of what it is is a positive to me
I've owned 3 cfmotos in the past 2 years, had a 600 cforce touring that I traded in for a 800xc touring, I've built it just for mud riding, snorkels, rad relocate, lift tires everything, and now I bought a zforce 800 trail. All of cfmotos machines are built amazingly well snd the prices are awesome
Ive personally have had a 18 cf moto c400, 2020 c800xc both those machines built very well but had a terrible turn radius, and the xc had a overheat issue which was fixed on a bulletin, other than that both good machines and price point unmatched. Got my 2021 600 touring two-up and has been a great machine with the turn radius fix tremendously! No issues and have over 600 miles on it and plow with it for 3 winters. Have a 2022 800 zforce ex on the papers now waiting to pick up and can wait for it!
I always figured if you are happy with what you have and it works for you, it doesn't really matter what other people think about it. Your right to spend your money on what you want to spend it on. Most people who say stupid things like that just think they are the only ones who know anything and what they drive is the best thing in the world. Just ignore them, none of their business what you buy. I drive an XP1000 Polaris and have been told similar things. Some people just are insecure and have to put down someone to try and build themselves up. Enjoy your rig and be safe.
Very true, I think many boys are very insecure n therefore have to put down other people n what they have. I will most likely buy this machine in the very near future
Nice review I was hesitant about purchasing the 950 sport glad I did though! Trust me it’s seen pretty intense terrain up here in Canada and it’s holding up just fine. Thanks for posting! Great review
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER I’m in western Alberta with lots of steep hills and logging roads and of course mud holes! No regrets with the purchase I also like to have something a little different most people up here run the RZR and the Can-ams which are great machines and should be for the money 💰
I’ve owned 3 CF Motos since 2019. I traded an 800 SxS in for a 600 CFORCE touring. My back doesn’t like sitting long and that SxS is cramped for me. I like to ride and be able to stand up and look around. One thing for sure is you get lots of bang for your buck with these machines.
Haters gonna hate. I love my 600 Touring. I go everywhere the other ones go and when the Yamaha, Polaris guys get on mine their eyes light up. They are literally shocked how comfortable my ATV is and what I paid. If it works for you who cares what the negative people think. They have their own issues to deal with! Enjoy! Love your videos!
I'm a new side utv owner, I bought a 800 zforce earlier this year and I love it. I choose CF Moto because of the reviews from RU-vid channels like this one. Recently I saw someone post his for sale on FB market and the amount of hate he got from other utv owners was embarrassing. I couldn't believe grown man would come after this guy because he was selling a "chinese" machine. Anyways I did my homework on mine and I got exactly what I expected and I love it.
Glad you like your Zforce 800! Yes the people that went after that guy for posting his machine are simply morons. No need to give them the time of day. Thanks for watching and I'm sure you will have continued enjoyment with your Zforce 800! P.S I have a new video out today where I review my Cfmoto Zforce after 13 months of ownership and 3000 miles.
It’s ridiculous isn’t it? Probably the same people that ride a Kawasaki motorcycle because they can’t afford a Harley. If you like it, it treats you good, what does it matter what the name on the side is?
Mine is amazing. They do realize that CFMoto is making KTM engines right? Also, bet they have no idea how many chips and components on thiers are chinese? Lets look at their phone and home computer while we are at it. I have done a TON of research and drive tests before I bought mine. I can afford whatever SXS I want and I love CFMoto.
CFMOTO is really a great atv, and I really love mine. Cool that you used my comment in your video also, and now I had mine for 4 years 🙂 Zforce is really popular by the youth here, and they last for years.
Funny thing is Polaris, Can am, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha all use Chinese parts. It is funny there is an extension for the oil filter area by a third party and they fit in both Can am and CfMoto it has the identical lineup. I bet the Can am engine is made in the same factory I could be wrong but that is odd. Kawasaki mule engine is made in China. If CfMoto improves their quality which it looks like they are they will take share.
@ethanc2258 but years ago. Yamaha did infant source cf moto parts in some machines lol. The Rhino uses same diff as Cforce 500 and same 4x4 setup. And now Yamaha is also partners with CF along with KTM
, CF MOTO IS NOW CONSIDERED THE BEST UTV ON THE MARKET, THEY WONT BE CHEAP FOREVER ONCE THEY CATCH ON I WOULD NEVER AGAIN OWN A POLARIS.OR OTHER BRAND, CF MOTO HAS PROVED ITSELF TO ME,HOPE THEY STAY AFFORDIBLE
Thank you for the review. I have been doing my research and for the money they seem to be a great value. I just found a 2021 for $7,000 US with only 300 Mi on it so I hope it is a good machine
I own Kawasaki, Arctic Cat 500 (Suzuki powertrain), and a CF Moto. I am not disappointed with any of them. The CF Moto keeps up and goes anywhere they do.
My question is a little keyed towards suburbia. Do they come with a useable, real warranty? Like when you hang a plow on the front and use it in the winter exclusively?
Been there done that, unless they improved an awful lot since 2015 I'll never own one again, and mine never seen mud or deep water. Back then they had bolts that weren't tight from the factory, paint peeled off the plastics within a month,
Hey Side Rider! I'm a new owner of a z force 800. I really appreciate all of the content that you've put out. I do wonder if you have the same issue concerning the heat build-up in the cab from the engine. I have just put the first 100 miles (161ish KM) on the machine. Again, this is a brand new machine, but I'm wondering if the dealer didn't put enough shielding up between the engine and the cab. Any thoughts from you would be appreciated! M R
Hello, I hear other talk about the same issue. I do find it warm on hot days of course. I think it's just part of it and all brands have some sort of heat issue. I don't find it unbearable though. Thanks for watching. Couple new videos coming out soon. 😀
Thinking about getting me a cfmoto utv..I live in fla and travel to Georgia a lot I want be doing any ruff terrain or mudding..I cannot see paying 10,000 for a utv and bottoming it out in mud..
I'd take a fuse over an entire wiring harness and 100 percent new electronics that my canam had replaced (under warranty) luckly! All because I hit a puddle lol, wasn't even tire deep and it shut off and spent 4 months in the shop
Love my Zforce trail 800, love your videos. I too put a uni filter on but haven't re-located the filter. since putting the uni on, how often do you clean it ? M ore or less than the stock one ? Thanks, Chris
We just picked up our ZFORCE 800 trail 2 weeks ago. We love it. Already have 420 KMS on it. Got a question for you Roland my dealership I bought it from I have to take it and get it serviced for the first time did you have to do that too or your warranty would be void?
Congratulation Ian! You are getting miles on it. My dealer didn't say I had to get the service done there to be warranty eligible. I have never taken it back for any service. I prefer to do my own.
When I did my first service I took pictures of the dash hour meter and kilometres and pictures of me draining oil and changing filter and putting oil in. You know what they say a picture is worth 1000 words that’s proof right there you did the service.
You said you'd love to have a 23? The 23 has no parking brake! The 24 does. I just bought a new hold over 22 800 trail and so far I love it. at this point I have only used it to plow snow and am very pleased with it. Put 6 miles on just plowing snow in a couple of hrs,
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER that’s awesome. I went to buy a side by side they have some awesome deals on this machines I’m just worry about resell devalued and the Chinese quality bad reputation. But is so nice machines
How many miles can they go for? I'm new to these UTV'S I heard they top out at 20,000 miles. If this is the case I can't justify spending 16,000 euro on one. any advice greatly appreciated
What all have you done to it aside from raising the seats and the air filter? Added any other items such as skid plates or anything like that? Still waiting on my new one to arrive….
CF Moto is not your usual Chinese brand, the fact that they're partnered with KTM and even build some of KTM's bikes will tell you all you need to know about them.
Exactly. I'm seeing more and more on the trails all the time. I think I see more Cfmoto more than other brands now. The scales have tipped at least where I ride.
Here's a couple videos showing how I raised the seats and my thoughts about it. Part 1 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_hj9LA2DUUs.html Part 2 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pBBG-4vNm9s.html
Can you do a video in how to use this machine. Like when to use the high and the low and when to put it on 4 wheel drive. Just bought one and wanted to make sure I use it properly. Thank you for the videos.
i have a 2023 z950 HO EX i just picked up, so far loving it does everything my friends can do on there can ams and Polaris's but i paid 10,000$ less than a base model x3 costs here in Canada after the current rebates on the cfmoto's. before this i had a 2022 cforce 800 EX, put 32s on it and rode it hard, lots of mud and deep water riding never gave a single issue in a year of abuse so i decided to stay cf moto when going to a sxs again. in the past ive owned a wildcat 700 and then a maverick sport 1000R i like my cf moto more than i liked those.
I have 6400 ks on my 2020, yeah at 2500 kms a warranty engine replacement was done. Other manufactures have done the same. Besides that, two tie rod ends. On par. Done all the necessary mods thats required.
I got one 2022 z800. Problem is the starting doesn’t want to I’m guessing the shifter isn’t in the right spot for it to work. Dealer adjusted cable but same problem. They replaced the starter relays and the starter solenoid too. Any ideas would b helpful. Thank you
This is really no different than Ford or Chevy. It’s the owners personal preference. I’m looking at the CF Moto side by side, and I had a C-Force 500 HO, they are very good machines.
Thanks for the video, I want a side by side and have heard a lot of the people downplaying this machine and saying I should just get one of the big name brands but it's easy for people to tell someone that when they aren't the one that has to pay for it. Reminds me of how I catch a lot of flack for my love of Ryobi and HFT but they do exactly what they are supposed to. Anyhow glad to hear this is a decent machine for someone on a budget like my family.
I hear before 2020 they weren't always reliable and the quality has really improved since then. I'm happy with mine and know many people that are also.
Do not do it I’m talking from experience I bought a cf moto and now I regret it I have always purchased big name brand and got my money worth. If you want I’ll sell you mine it’s new only 118 mile on it I would rather pay an extra $10,000 for quality. I’ll sell you mine 6,500 cash
Save your money and buy something of quality cfmoto is trash I bought one and totally hate it. But then again I ride everyday not just weekends or once in a while. If you like top quality and don’t mind paying extra for quality parts get a KTM if you want reliably buy a Honda no one comes close to them. If you like state of the art go Yamaha Suzuki has power but old platforms Kawasaki is the same as a Suzuki just a different color John deer or attic cat are more for work/utility cfmoto is basically a brand new project bike at best or even worse than that an 870 lb paper weight Sorry cfmoto but you could never convince me that that product is decent even if you gave me a free fully loaded atv every year. 💩
Subscribed! 👍… I’ve always rode Honda, except for a brand new RZR i bought years ago (2009) . what a headache, mistake that was, omg! … I’m thinking CFmoto.. soon.
I’m sorry but if yours is perfect/scratch free you are definitely not taking it out where some people are riding. I know it’s a capable machine but with the low suspension travel and ground clearance, you’re not going everywhere every other machine can go.
I didn't say it was scratch free. It has a few. I ride the way I want to ride. I don't pound it too hard. I'm 56 and not interested in going to rough. But this past weekend it got some rough use.
thanks for the review. I've been looking at the 1000, and I'm wondering how it handles the snow. I'm in Ontario, and would like to take it ice fishing. I'd put a track kit on it, if it isn't good in deeper snow.
I have a 2018 cfmoto zforce 1000 and live in northern pa has done grate in the past snow storms with the stock tires only 2 Complaints. Cab space is a little small on the 18 and going from a stop still to a slow moving is a little jerky other than that I love it got it for 10k with 200miles and a 2 year warranty
What is your thoughts on snorkel vs no snorkel? Yeah....it get a nut warm in the cab sometimes but I figured that is the way they made it so why change it. Going to order a UNI filter. That seems to make sense as far as upgrading the ZForce
My thoughts on a snorkel. If you can avoid deep water you don't need a snorkel. I don't go looking for deep water myself, I will always go around. But if people like that style of riding they definitely should snorkel.
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER My question was ore towards air flow. They claon it puts better cleaner air through the machine. I'm hoping UNI filter may help a lot
@@jimdougherty9472 oh ok sorry I was thinking you were talking about scuba diving lol 😆 Yes I've been thinking of relocating the air box but haven't done anything yet. The air box currently isn't ideal.
Hey I'm considering getting that same z800ex and was wondering about the trans, cvt belt, and tie rods, i mean how often do they need service?. Seems I'm always servicing one or the other on my 4x4, quad, 4 wheeler, whatever ya wanna call it hah.
Blowing a fuse b/c you drove through a puddle while the fan was running? That shouldn't happen, but I'm glad you enjoy your toy. I hope my comment helps the algorithm bring more attention to your vid's.
i have a zforce 550 2022 ex in Finland and i drive it almost every day on the road because its legal and that's my transportation devise but i am lacking power i think and it ha starting to get a few smal issues like i hade a DFK cabin and i am starting to smell fumes inside it and in the winter the snow coms in true the pedals and that space. and more smal issues but i like it. yes i whole buy a another brand if i whod switch to a more powerful unit example a polaris 1000 xp my friend has one and i lowed it.
Well I can’t say I know any hitting 15,000 miles like Honda I’ve done nothing to ether of my sxs besides basic maintenance and the one is used for plowing and trapping so lots of-20f starts on it
If their ATV/UTVs hold their value like their motorcycles it is going to be a rough time selling it without feeling like you set the thing on fire and tossed it.
Cfmoto zforce 40 miles no trail riding. Engine knocking cfmoto won't stand behind it.2021. Dealer doesn't know how to fix it Charged 300 to tell me. Junk
