I had a lightbulb moment when you said it may not be because you are meant to be in a relationship with them . I realised that I met him to learn a lesson in self love and value. Since meeting him I have almost been forced to heal from childhood trauma that caused me to have shame and very low self value. Thank you for this insight ❤
Hello Aliki. I appreciate you so much, this video also struck home perfectly with me. After all these decades, I know I should not be thinking of her as much as I do. There has been no communication whatsoever, it drives me nuts! This morning, I was making a coffee and my mind wandered to if she drinks coffee. I think of things like this all day! In my situation I cant call her, but I feel I need closure. I am stuck. I really dont like feeling this way.
