@agrifforama yes will do! I saw this on IG labeled as beginner mobility which I call BS on. I can do a crappy high bridge and have strong quads (ish) so I am determined😅
@@Bigblackpiano definitely not beginner! I've seen many bendy folk struggle because of the strength and then many strong folk struggle because you still need to bend enough! When I started it took me a year to do comfortably but I was extremely stiff and had never done any back bending of any kind so you'll have a terrific advantage with those elements you already have!
