This is really helpful. I've been struggling with this so much. Meal planning stressed me out so badly and constantly being on a diet then stopping then being on a diet. Taking smaller steps has been even more helpful
Ive struggled so long to lose weight, every time I try to start a diet I fail. Luckily now that my brothers finally moved out we no longer have tons of frozen food, sugary cereals, and junk food. There's less to tempt me so hopefully I can finally drop this darn fat roll and go down a few pants sizes.
Our environment definitely has an impact on our habits. Having less highly processed foods in the house is a good step to take to eat fewer of these foods.
i'm amazed how the solution was this obvious yet i didn't know it! i do the exact same thing. trying to cut off my sugar completely and every single time i fail after some time.and believe me i've been doing this over and over again for two years now.each time i thought i was too weak to stick to it. now it all makes sense:)) thank you!!!
Thank you for this excellent explanation! This is the message that I needed to hear today. I am making a 3pm smoothie, bc that is where I tend to ruin my diet.
I’m going to try to have protein at every meal. Because I often don’t, and tend to crave simple carbs and over eat. I think if I had more protein I’d feel more full and it could help.

If I don't get harsh on myself either with diet or work out I don't feel like Its working, I'm impatient about the results and get sad if it didn't show in few days which is impossible 😭😭😭😭 idk how to change this mentality :(
