Thank you for this informative video. For me, the only way I've been able to stay off junk food is to cut it out 100%. A lot of people say that's "not realistic", "impossible", or that it's , "stupid". However, it's not impossible, a lot of people do it. And as a result of cutting that stuff out I don't crave it. It's been almost 3 months now and even when people around me are eating it I don't want it. The biggest reason for that is that I feel so much better, mentally and physically, when I don't have it. And also, I'm no longer craving it. And hey the weight loss, thanks to eating the way you recommend, has been a big bonus. I'm not recommending all the naysayers/haters do this. But for me it works.
