@@LukeIsWashed456clearly they mean someone who’s purchasing their first prebuilt without researching the hobby beforehand, some people would treat it just like choosing a gaming console.
@@LukeIsWashed456sadly not everyone is smart like that, even then I’m sure a bunch of these are sold to parents of kids who’ve asked them for a gaming pc for Christmas and the parents bought the first thing with good reviews they saw.
They often don't give full specs. Normally say Intel quad core and 16gb ram or something like that. I seen a few intel 2600's in my shop with a gt1050 sold as a "gaming pc" made with new and used parts. New parts are normally the case and fans. I've even seen adapters made to fit Dell oem power supplies
This is why i thought to not buy from amazon and decided to make a custom pc build to my preferences and i do know alot about computers but when i saw amazon pcs i decided to make my own build
Sad thing is ppl sell this with a ugly random case for $500 in Canada so this one would definitely be posted for at least $600💀im trying to upgrade but it’s soo expensive even the old ones are half a grand oh and that’s USED and dirty
@Asmodeusprimer Its crazy how much money you can lose when u don't know abt computers, I can match the price of the Ryzen 5 5500u intergrated graphics pre built with a ryzen 7 5700g and even have enough for a dedicated graphic card
@@Timmy-mi2efyeah, it’s that crazy. I saw this pc on Amazon with a 5 3600 with a 1660 super going for 1300. And what made it worse, was that the 1300 has only 500gb of ssd.😭 But then there is a 4060 pc option which is better but cheaper for some reason lmao.
@@duckdoesnothingThis stuff will never be worth much. X86 windows has so much backwards compatibility. Plus emulation. The old 80s computers are worth a fortune because they had very little sales and often have unique things that weren't carried over to modern computers.
Yeah that doesn't work for everybody.. just like my aunt's 12-year-old wanted to play fortnite his computer died.. his mother had two options get his old one fixed.. or buy him one.. do you really think a single mother working two jobs trying to raise to three kids has got time or the knowledge to build her son a computer get real man..
yeah I got a brand with certificate prebuilt and it was greate and even worked with more then 70%of the games in the gaming tech and I bought it from Amazon
@doorsambush197 I would rather buy an alienware pc than an asus pc, atleast alienware puts xmp on their pcs, 1k for no xmp, high temp, and loud ass fans( fan technically since it only has one fan)
@@wd40swift the only reason i buy asus or msi pre built pc is because if i want i can upgrade it but i dont know about alienware tho also not all pre built pcs has 1 fan or loud ass fans
That’s what happened to me I spent $1000 on my PC and it said it was a 2022 at the time it was 2022 Christmas but they gave me a seven-year-old GPU and a trash motherboard and trash CPUs And I used it for a year and a half maybe
Dell motherboard still look like this with the Alienware fancy case I just saw it on microcenter, and they still use the same old school fan from windows xp
My friend got a pc from Amazon for £600, I went to his house to check it out and it was basically this, just a fell optiplex in a nice case, it couldn’t even run roblox bro got scammed 💀😭
Are you being serious or sarcastic because if you’re not being sarcastic you should just learn more about computers before saying anything on the internet
@@anthonydoane4669 I can say whatever I like on here as long as it isn't offensive or swearing and such, I don't need you to tell me what I can or can't say, or learn this or learn that, and for your information, yes I was being serious.
They try to cut cost as much as possible by using second hand parts, old gen, put a cheap new case, some RGB and want $899. Learn and build yourself guys especially when u can get AM5 platform, ddr5 ram for only around $800 paired with RX 7600.
my friend has crappy prebuilt generic pc with no airflow that he spent 800 dollars on, just because the guy at the store said it has a terabyte of storage. He bought it for GAMiNG, i was so dissapointed, he bought that hunk of poop instead of a good pc. Our other friend cracked a joke saying that he could tell that the RAM and the Motherboard was green just by looking at it
