Do you have a leadership philosophy? What are your core values as a leader?

At the forefront of leadership, there is the human. So, the core values are necessarily the ones that humanize. How to orient oneself in the down to earth reality of life? How to reconcile power and will, relativity and certainty? It is in morality, hope and faith, that we must draw to build fundamental values.

Philosophy is a taking of a position of the thought vis-a-vis the problems which arise. And to define is to pose in such a way that the opposite of what is posed is excluded. To define is to discriminate. To have a vision which transcends the self and which tells others what it perceives to horizon in order to arouse the available energies, to channel them by a benevolent approach which avoids dispersion, towards achievement. The ability to deploy to represent oneself, the feelings of others, is one of the determining qualities.
