Yes she was.. she took vacation after a long time from WION to here she was continuously working.. as much as we like her she needs that rejuvenation and me time !!!
One morning, I didn't use my mobile phone because its broken, had coffee, breakfast, showered, dress-up, walked going to work...damn,, I felt gooooooodddd!!! It's good to be old school at times 🥰🥰🥰
Reduced mental fatigue and improve output ,Focused ,creative , productive , reduce mental fatigue (cause we live in a culture of always turned on so if someone says something it's okay every one expects is to always turned on the brain) ( ,if it makes you guilty say wasting time or so, say to yourself that stress can take out wear and tear your body and brain , cell so , break gives body time to calm the system down 1:52 the break gives time to repair the system and this slows down ageing ) increases output , For Rest decide the duration Choose how to rest - let/make your mind wander 2nd ) take a break like eg- yoga , walk 3rd) dont use smart phone , digital eye strain , anxious , depression , changing shape of our brains not good using phone between break. Thankyou so much ,much needed for study and for work and the not using phone for various reasons like fatigue also helps, to let the mind wander is too good, i do it in meditation like similar i do to be aware , thankyou for making us understand that this culture here nobody wants the break so we feel guilty but not taking short breaks is making our cells stressed so we need break to help it heal out

I quit my job 7 years ago. I have been relaxing, meditating, practicing breathwork and pranayama under the guidance of Badarinath Gella, taking Cosmic Healing sessions under the guidance of Sumit Upreti. It's been time well-spent at home with parents.
Me watching in smart phones 😅.. The advise of sense.. To break of timing should start in school itself.. Most of school breaking time they take lesson that's not fair 😢
Corporations will allow you to go to toilet, but will not be happy with micro breaks of 10 minutes. Then they complain about your productivity declining, so you avoid taking lunch breaks to make up for lost productivity. Ultimately they lay you off saying, it is not because of your productivity.
Talking of breaks, has anyone tried removing that 🤬 intrusion into the home called television. Try it and relish the peace and blessings and tranquility in the house. Those trying to conceive, in particular, remove that intrusion and go to bed early, by 9 O'clock, along with your spouse, of course.
