As hobbyist photographer and mainly do all by photos and videos while travelling, family events and chasing the grandkids. So will not be needing a slider. I can say I am fan of hamburger and chicken sliders (ok not so funny). But if I needed a sliders, this one is a winner!

This is certainly a level up kind of product. It looks like it just works and I would be curious about any of the issues you faced and how you overcame them, but what an awesome video showing practical uses for a slider in a regular filming routine.

One can use a DJI Pocket with tracking lock instead of pan & tilt setup. Probably too wide for macro product presentation, but should work for an interview B-roll and such. If you set the slider at an angle, it will work as a tilt too.

I currently use the M1000 Micro 3 with the high-speed motor and pan+tilt heads for professional real estate work. The movements are incredibly smooth! It's been a solid workhorse. The only improvements I can think of are app based. I would really like for the Zeapon Lab app to add features in Video mode such as "reset position to center" where it will move and position the camera to the middle and face it forward again, and also a remote "Start, Stop" function would be nice so I don't rely on a wireless shutter. Other than that, I greatly enjoy the kinds of shots this slider can produce!

another great vid, thanks! question: how were the micro wobbles/jitters on this for you? hard to tell if you had to do a lot of stabilzation in post, or it's its pretty solid SOOC. the reviews seemed mixed on this Zeapon, and hoping to get a bit more insight. thanks m8!

David ya gotta try it in vertical orientation. And mount the camera with the back of the cam facing the motor and turn it into a rotator!

I would love a pan tilt slider. But I've been priced out of these for a long time. So I just bought a Neewer slider onsale. It's been fantastic for fraction of the price, and it pans.

When your camera can film 5.7 or 6k, a slider isn't necessary. Nice moves with tilt and pan however ;).

Oh man. I really didnt want to buy a new slider but I think I have to now. I've burned through a couple Shark Nano Sliders and this solves all of the downsides of those.

I recently saw Zeapon has a high speed motor option. Thought there was two options, a high torque or a high speed motor version. Were both options available?

I wish you can set the Speed from 1-100% on the Slider itself instead of using the app. You can set 3 Speeds but they are all too fast for my taste

That would be so killer if it had actual subject tracking built in as it slides! For wide shots, I could mount something like the Pocket 3 or Insta360 Flow with my iPhone and then have the slider slide as the subject tracking stays locked onto me. So many options!

technically could mount the Ronin with ActiveTrack going to accomplish a bit of this effect? the PONS unit wouldn't technically accomidate, but prob see some nice axis movement 🤔
