I saw a video, years ago, about a public walking trail that runs through Greenville. The most appealing part to me is that it runs through most of the city, (with the north terminus in Travelers Rest), and is easily accessible from most residential neighborhoods. One of the few desirable places I've been able to find with that particular feature. Chattanooga is the only other one I've been able to find. Just wondering, though, if it might be so popular that it is crowded.
Hello from Charleston. Time for Spoleto. Y’all come to see us. And in case you’re wondering, there’s Charleston’s beaches, and then there’s Charleston. Oh Charleston.
I live in Greenville too. I was born here. Definitely a convenient location and it's an awesome place to live. I went to Clemson and that's a great place too.
I’m in MA we paid about $6K a year for property taxes 🙄 Curious about wages in SC , I’m remote my husband is not. Are the salaries comparable or lower?
Born and raised in Columbia. Moved to Atlanta GA 2016... There's so much more opportunities here. Sc... There's nothing going on there. It's actually 3 hours from Atlanta though... I drive back home to Columbia to visit my parents all the time... I'm never moving back there though
Congrats for another great, great video. I'm Portuguese, living in Portugal, but been thinking hard to move to EUA, and the South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Londonderry) is the state and those are the small cities I've been thinking to move in. How can I reach you? Kind regards.
A ton of our business is built from out of state referrals! If South Carolina is “full” that actually doesn’t matter to us, we can still serve consumers throughout the country no matter where they decide to move. It’s my favorite part of the real estate business! Because yes, if everyone I talked to moved here, it would be full. ☺️
Look we don't have roadways or infrastructure to handle more people crime have gone way up. Traffic has gotten insane. And locals are unable to afford to live due to housing tripling in price and its almost impossible to find a place because people moving here are given consideration first I'm not blaming you for this I'm just saying it's pissing off the locals.
Is it similar to a yearly registration? We have to register our vehicles yearly in MT, basically a tax. Unless you have a vehicle that’s older you can get permanent plates that don’t require yearly registration.
