the thing is me too and i would if i did something with my projects but what if you are just wanna make music for fun and not planning on really sharing or it trying to make money off of it you guys have any programs i can try?
i wish they had an option to pay like $12.50 a month for two years instead of $300 all at once cuz i don't have that kind of money update: guys, i was a kid when i commented this. i'm an adult and have money now. i've own FL studio for like two years at this point, i don't need any advice on budgeting
Yh pretty much this. They should give you an option to quit and give you the version worth the amount you paid for so far. Leave the rest a discount for further editions.
Really? Because I hate monthly subscriptions and $300 for lifetime with I guess updates lifetime. If I WERE to buy it I'd rather pay one time payment instead having to worry about a monthly payment. If this guy was paying monthly then he would of already of payed over $300 (because it's 25 months and thats 2 years and he said 2 years so yeah)
@@DrMontrays my idea was that you would pay monthly UNTIL you've paid like $300 (prolly a little more for this option, but nothing crazy) and then you'd own it for life. not everyone has $300 to throw at somn all at once, but a little bit at a time would be easier for a lot of ppl
@@noah.reissmann Just put the money aside each month then? You might want to look at ways of boosting your income and or cutting expenses if want 2 years to pull $300 together. Not being funny or anything hahah I know things are tough for some people!
Dude I'm literally 13 and my parents are broker than hell there is literally no way i could ever convince them to even let me drop 400$ of my own money if i even had a way to make that much on it let alone borrow theirs. If i see a single person say do odd jobs i will steal their teeth while they sleep it is literally a global pandemic right now
@@XavyGD yeah that’s if u get caught not having the full version but if u wanna use the cracked version & put your music out there u have to take precautionary measures, i personally don’t have a cracked version or a bought version but u can obviously be smart ab it
So nothing will happen to my work if I won't post it then that's great...I'll work with the cracked version until the day I'll decide to go pro cause to be honest $199.99 is way too much for any jobless youth
damn right man, i mean i get all of his reasons but man i just want to try it a bit, the limited edition is just not enough to decide if i want to pay 100 dollars, i want to see if i like to do it or its just the exitment of the start, im not rich, i cant just spend a 100 dollars on something and after a few days or weeks being like "yea thats kinda boaring", they should give a free month like netflix does, you cant say netflix arent making a ton of money even tho they give a free month. btw, if you'll send me a link for the version you use ill love you forever, or at least explain me how to download it, cuz currently im spending hours to download hacked versions of the demo ._.
@nir avnimelech getintopc.com it has everything you'll need from the Free Fl Studio itself to free Plugins including the paid ones like nexus, omnisphere all for free
@@marmaladeroad111 it's a link to a website, just search FL studio, you'll probably struggle a bit with that, also from what I downloaded I can tell this isn't that easy, some weird stuff to do, like turning off the internet and antivirus and some shit with files and stuff, but at the end I finally got a proper version of FL studio (actually I think it's the 300$ version so even better) Short answer - yea it is... ._.
It’s an alright video, but the opposing point at the beginning of the video is still Valid, a lot of people will pirate FL to learn it. Obviously the legality and morality shows it, but IMO the terrible free trial is not pro-consumer
How is it terrible though if the trial is literally the full software without any limitations other than not being able to open saved files. What more do you want out of a trial?
Nobody is gonna wanna buy something before they get the chance to try it no matter the potentials, if they don’t know what they’re getting into it’s just what’s gonna happen. I agree with your points, and think fl offers so much more than people give it credit for and honestly when I purchased the system I found relief from not having to deal with the constant crashing of pirated software. But I wouldn’t have purchased it had I not gotten the opportunity to try all the plugins (mostly unrestricted)
Oh what about us poor people who don't have a penny for it but still wanna produce in it and not anywhere else!?? You know what's a dollar $399??? It's freaking 32, 000 INR here in India which is above my dad's monthly!!!!
@@user-xo7xy4oi2i Well I should've mentioned that I don't make music/produce for any income...I just make music cause I like a.k.a., for fun...So I don't think now it would be an issue if pirated FL...
For such a small channel this was a really good and high quality video, I hope you get more recognition soon. Also, you've convinced me to buy a real version of FL studio, I don't have a whole lot of money but when a company has such a good business model it's almost hard to not want to support them.
It depends on the kind of person you and your financial situation. Just because you afforded to purchase it, that doesn't mean everyone should / will be able to do the same. Always consider all circumstances.
It's morally correct to pirate FL Studio if you don't have money to buy the software. 200€ for a decent version of the software is just too much. Some people don't even get paid that much in many countries
i dont think they have the time to sue everyone that uses the privated version plus if u blow up u will probs be able to pay for the real version after
just purchased the signature bundle, after a few years of using dodgy cracked version's I'm happy I can support the company and feel safe using the legit copy.
1stly I'm broke so I can't afford a computer strong enough to handle it let alone the software itself which sucks that a lot of great artists are bedroom artists
I’ve used the demo for years, download free drum kits for Most percussion and 808’s while also downloading free vsts and loading them on… I do plan on upgrading yet still haven’t been able to afford it
I just bought fl studio producer edition and serum for my birthday (I'm 15) before I was making music with Garage band mobile And I'm sooooo happy it's hard for the first time but I'm starting to get it
200$ for a software? At this point just make the software yourself, because that is WAY too much for small creators like me. I never understood these big companies charging this much for a literal computer program.
I would be fine with Producer or Signature Edition. I don't think I should buy the Fruity Edition. However, even I can't afford the All Plugins Bundle edition. Imma try sticking with Producer/Signature Edition.
Never use flstudio. You should pirate it and the reason why, you'll end up like me. I spent 600$ on the signature addition and had it for 3 years and it suddenly locked me out of my account and whenever I go on imageline to log on, it says authentication failed and I tried reaching out to technical support and they either never get back to you or never have an answer and multiple people have this problem besides me, that's why they recently had a huge price drop.
1) the full version is like 400 (R;900) until Nov. 30th . this is the best time to buy it which i will be 2) how about the transfer? i wish they had a good video on transferring from cracked version to the real because thats what troubles me. i have soo much stuff and im worried some stuff may have issues ect. i dont wanna lose my workflow. 3)im not a fan of fl 20 and im more of a 12 user but i was wondering can you still use the updated visualizer and overall updates with the older version of fl?
Not everybody has the money to purchase the software for $200 for the producer edition. so what other choice do they have? if MUSIC making is their passion?
Just in case image line is watching, I will 100% buy the program and not pirate it, so please don't sue me cause I'm 100% legit, thanks. Kind regards, Kalostah
I have no job, and I just want to mix and master my voice, plus learn some producing, so I probably will crack it until I am able to actually afford it.
Man, that’s odd. I suddenly became deaf for 6 minutes and 47 seconds as soon as the video started! Unfortunate too, I’m sure this person had great points!
I think the demo is perfectly fine for learning the software of course having to leave it open to be able to keep working on your project is kind of annoying but u can still export and save the project u just can't open it again until u buy fl studio :)
@@gabrieldash6653 If u want to keep working on your project u can't close the app or turn your computer off, but u can in general close the app. u just can't open the project again on which u were working on
constructive criticism. as a viewer, inconsistent audio is really displeasing. especially with videos presenting information through dialogue. for instance, i turn the audio up so i can hear you clearly & fully understand your message, but then the transition slide audio is toooo loud. i have to turn the audio down for the transition, then up again for the information. hope that helps. great video otherwise. good day!
the people telling others to save money legit dont use their brains do they realize that not everyone lives in the US or europe? sometimes the price of the standard version of FL Studio can cost up to x5 or even more times the original price in my country FL Studio literally costs more than the minimum wage
i would never pay 300 for anything except actual stuff that's worth it i would only buy it if it was like 1-5 dollars bc I'm broke and the coding there is pretty basic well for most of the features there edit: okay maybe not 1-5
For those that are complaining about not being able to make music because it’s too expensive, it’s not. If you just trying to to record there’s Audacity for free. But if you tryin to do everything. There’s obviously certain things some of you don’t know what’s going on. There’s other options, if you have a Mac 💻 or iPhone 📲 theres GarageBand 🎸 , PC or Mac 💻 there’s BandLab, Then There’s BandLab’s CakeWalk, Pro Tools First, Ableton Lite, There’s certain DAWs that are apps made for the mobile to take the studio on the go. There is no excuse to not know how to make music when we are in an new era of music where everyone has access to some sort of software for free or cheap. Especially when you can take it on the go cause that’s where music is heading these days for definite. There’s literally a few videos from a year or two ago of a RU-vidr displaying a list of free DAWs. You just literally have to look for them. Just type in Free DAWs and those videos will come up. I recommend for anyone trying to get started in music production, get in BandLab or the BandLabs second DAW CakeWalk. They are whole daws with recording and music production functions to get on. BandLab is not only a daw but it’s a social platform for indie artists to go on and make music to connect with one another and it’s been around for 5 going on 6 years now. You have the option to collab on music with another artist with out being the same room. Over 10 million ppl have downloaded this DAW on their phones and computers. CakeWalk use to cost over 5 or 600 dollars. BandLab bought it and guess what they both are FREE. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT FREE. Don’t believe me go on BandLabs RU-vid page where they are doing tutorials. Not to mention if you can’t purchase the actual whole daw of FL, get FL Studio on your phone. Android or IOS. It’s $15 on Android, $14 on IOS. Like there’s no excuse. 2021 is not the time anymore to be a criminal and pirate shit folks. Things have become a little more easier if you try and search.
LISTEN! If you don't have money, there is a free alternative called LMMS. I am not trying to take any business away from FL Studio's team and am not against it, I'm pointing this out because it's basically the trial version of FL without the restrictions. It helped me get more into music creation and I reccommend it to anyone who doesn't have the money for FL Studio (like me)
Yes, I'm pirating it... Yes, I'm sorry. I don't have enough money to buy the producer edition, but I plan on buying it as soon as I possibly can, and have no intentions of profiting from the cracked version.
@@123Jorge I don't think it's right to tell you, but it's literally just a good friend of mine who's smart and knows how to cut the software off from internet access, and trick it into thinking it's licensed.
im 16 i produce and im an artist and the fl studio one i want to buy is the signature one but its 300$ and i dont have a job 😂 so i gotta use the trial version.
@LARIOS long story so imma make it short one of my main clients has everything im fl studio like the full version and he was like “yo yk i got it right i can give it to you since you produce all my songs”so yea free fl studio
900$ is quite literally more than 6 motnths salary where i live staright up would need to not eat, use electricity, own a car or house, use water, etc. for more than half a year!! thats just absurd my guy! i just want to use meowsynth to make silly little jingles
You cant Bro you need to purchase the producer Edition. What you can do is Buy fruty Edition and then upgrade to producer Edition paying the difference between versions so it would be 100dls
If I buy fl studio in their website do I get a code to activate it or do I get a box with everything in it? and if I upgrade my version to the all plugins bundle will I get another box sent to my house again or do I just get a code? wanted to know because otherwise I just set my location to a low tax country and pretend like I live there so I dont have to pay 50 dollars in tax. Can someone help me out?
