Hi sir, Aqueous coat/ uv coat be applied with roller coater on adhesive backed vinyl..??? Does the IR radiarion or UV lamp effects the printed vinyl sticker..?? Please give me the solution with your expertise.
been making stickers for fun, one thing I can't figure out is how to weatherproof. I can get them VERY water resistant, but the sun is a real killer. Most of my stickers last close to a year on a car in east coast US. Trying to find UV-resistant inkjet ink a hard, you got any tips? Does a clearcoat matter more than the ink? I laminate with oracal 210 currently. I'd be more willing to sell some stickers to friends and family if I knew I they'd last longer.
