But what does this mean on an individual level?
A business is made up of individual human beings.
Each person's performance is directly influenced by how they prioritize their health.
In a world where being part of the majority is easy, the majority are overwhelmed, doubting themselves, unfulfilled, and stressed out-because they live with low standards.
They chase things that don't align with the life they truly want, believing that doing more, acquiring more, and staying busy will bring success.
But the truth is, study after study shows that those who prioritize sleep, exercise, and nutrition consistently outperform others, achieving higher-quality work in less time.
Those who neglect their health to focus solely on their careers may think they're disciplined and "outworking" their competition.
But, in reality, they avoid the actual work and stay in their comfort zone with little to no self-discipline where it matters most-facing and overcoming their mindset.
The data don't lie.
Those who prioritize the real work - taking care of one's self - are the ones that win.
We see it in sports; what about non-sports-related careers? Are they any different?
I don't care who you are.
If you suffer, your suffering bleeds into all the aspects of life that matter most.
I'm not focused on what the majority is doing-regardless of their financial or material success.
I'm here for the outliers who understand that prioritizing health is the key to winning in all areas of life.
