Remember when people used to drain their pasta in a colander, and pour the starchy water down the drain? It turns out that was a pretty bad idea, because drained pasta doesn't hold the sauce very well or absorb its flavour. So when we launched our new pasta and gnocchi kits this week we thought it could be helpful to make a little video explaining why you should always finish cooking your pasta in the sauce, and showing you exactly how to do it.
