Ackee (ah-key) is only poisonous if you force ripe it.... Everyone in Jamaica knows this.. it's the black seed that is poisonous not the fruit itself🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

When I was a child, I was allergic to dark chocolate. I was tested for it as it lowered my heart rate making me extremely tired. Since then after the age of 20 I no longer have that food allergy. It's my belief that chocolate should be added to the list although I'm not sure about the chemical that caused it.

I really don’t think that including hot dogs is fair! There is such a thing as care and responsibility in what you feed your kids, just watch them carefully. I would be more concerned about the wheat in the bun!
I swallowed cherry seeds many times, I have eaten packet of dried almonds not cooked almost whole of it in one night, shell fish many times and apple seeds many times. I think you mixed these thing with something else.
This is not true about cherry seeds,i allwais eat cherry with seeds,when i was little and even now im 52 yr.old,nothing never happens,cherry seeds is good for intestines because cleaning inside while seeds moving and get out with the stool.I eat 10 cherries with seeds any time.

When they said apple seeds I was so scared because I had apple seeds today for the first time and when that said it takes a lot of them I was like: "oh thank goodness"
I am NOT suggesting to try any of the foods on this list, and regrettably, I've consumed more than one. I've certainly ingested higher amounts of nutmeg, definitely swallowed a cherry pit before, have likely ingested apple seeds as well...and I know I have also munched on "bitter" almonds, and shellfish. No one ever told me the risks associated with any of those foods...in fact in grade school, their only dominant concern was peanut butter, which, yes, I have also consumed. I am both thankful, and appreciative of the fact that none of the above (as best that I am aware) had any severe effects. Again, that does NOT mean I'd encourage any one to try them.
Although the seeds of stone fruits naturally contain cyanide, small unintentional ingestions generally do not cause harm. However, swallowing, crushing, or chewing the seeds should be avoided. So its ok if you swallow seeds
