I was clear with my point. It is very unprofessional to advise someone to get married because they want to move to the UK. You wouldn't want to get married because you want your wife to help you with bills. Get married when you are ready, whether in or out of the UK, how is that difficult? Yes, and of course Nigeria is hard, but take your time, people change, times they do, the same person you trust, believe, have plans of living life together forever, would be a different person when the case arises and things change. Seems some of these RU-vidrs are even lacking stuff to talk about "pathetic" marriage is a long journey, you can't just come here and advise people on such crucial matters. Yes. The eldest can look after the younger ones. Your neighbours must not be aware and authorities must not also be aware.

The answer is no. The eldest should be Atleast 15 but the best way is for your wife to do night shift so that you can take care of the kids when she is at work.

If it's not up to 6months you started your course, then it shud be straight forward...but if you hv less than 6months for your study visa to expire, then I doubt. The student route might not work

If you do relocate with your kids, your wife will be on nanny duties when you are working and when she(your wife) is working, you will be on nanny duty.. you both have to plan your schedule well so it will work for you

A child born there will become a citizen in 7-8 years. Most young people moving abroad have 0-1 kids. Also, some couples go back to school. The husband studies for years, then the wife studies. Masters and PhD until they get jobs. There are funded PhD's.

They still have to be a dependent person on whoever is the student loool which means if they have to travel outside uk, they have to get a visa for that child, NOT a uk passport. Else, they carry on paying humongous tuition fees to study PhD and huge fees to get study visa for the PhD also taking into account immigration health surcharge fees both for the student lol and the wife. It's all about affordability, if the can, why not.

@@ayo9542 yeah. PhD fees are same with taught masters in most schools. Either 1k less or more. The thing is there are funded PhDs. I know someone who got a funded PhD in the UK. The IHS is the most expensive thing. The good thing is that after 10 years of consecutively living in the UK, one gets ILR. It's kind of best for those who do undergraduate especially through foundation year.

@@oseofmat yup! Some are funded however some not in full. They are funded because they're research programmes and it contributes to the school as well or more to the field the phd relates to. And yes, having studies up to 10 years in uk, such person can apply for an ILR. That's what I'm saying, these things are not automatic neither are they cheap also considering forex and uk cost of living monthly. IHS as at last month for 2.5 years is about £1900 and a bit over, a phd student will calculate the fees by the number of years of their programme. Again, no dispute, it's my field of work as I'm an immigration adviser in the uk higher education sector, I give advise to intl students and guidance on uk T4 immigration rules so they can all be guided understanding the conditions of their visa.

If you are in Nigeria,just do a change of name for ur daughter via high court which won't amount upto 2 thousand naira depending on the city after that u publish with 5 to 7 thousand naira in any news paper of your choice.It is nothing to worry about. It takes 3 to 7 working days,when the name is published on the news paper buy the news paper,cut out the page with ur daughters change of name and keep it in a file,u can always use a photocopy along side the affidavit from high court to apply for anything in the future. For the child her dad's consent is also required that's it. Don't be giving counsel where you do not understand the intricacies and details.

The answer you are looking for was already discussed in the video.. Did you skip the part where he said a friend came to the UK Single and he's traveling to Nigeria by MAY to marry his girlfriend so he can bring her to the UK? So your girlfriend needs to come back and do the wedding before you can come over. Because if you present a forged marriage certificate that was dated before she relocated, then the question will be why did she say she's single on her visa application. And then again, if you present a forged marriage certificate that was dated after she relocated, then the question will be where is the exit stamp from UK and entry stamp in Nigeria on her passports for the wedding. And then, the immigration officers will know the certificate is forged on her absence.. So the best thing is for her to come to Nigeria and do the court wedding and go back which won't take more than a week..

RUN! I know of 2 people who finished from there and have nothing good to say about the place, plus some of their degrees are not recognized internationally. The stories ive read and heard are not nice at all, look into other EU countries like Hungary, Poland, Romania etc
