Looking to purchase an s4 soon. Love to see the comunity on yt for them is fairly big. Cool vid dude. Will probably look in to this once i get mine. Keep up the good work!
What The Heck?? Are you trying to go Faster my friend? Trying to reduce drag, perhaps? You have lost a few lbs. Don't know where you put them but you look healthier... Congrats!!! Wish I could say the same.. I love food too much!!! Being Italian doesn't help either lol But enough about that.. Thanks for Letting us know the benefits of porting a S/C...
I was going to do a PCV delete myself. But after opening my blower, the PCV oil consumption kind of makes sense for the audi motor. The PCV directly routes to the supercharger rotors, which are teflon coated. The oil vapor from PCV lightly coats the rotors and helps with lubrication of the rotors for sure. Sure it consumes oil like a drunk bastard but the way the rotors engage each other shows that it needs a tiny amount of lubricant. Delete the PCV and you run the rotors completely dry and that would not be good honestly.
You all probably dont give a damn but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost my account password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@Samson Christopher i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I was going to port it from jokerz but they want double the price they quoted you? Why?? Kinda ridiculous for 1500$ plus shipping to clean them up.... Wish it were reasonable tho🙄
One of the reasons is because they include a full rebuild of the supercharger. The other porters that offer do not offer this. This offer porting and new oil only. Jokers will breakdown the entire supercharger assembly to rebuild it. Also theirs is done with a cnc machine which means their results are always repeatable. Hand porting while is still good, leaves margin for error in terms of repeatibility. Meaning tommy's port might have netted him 30whp while you're might be ported slightly different and you only get 20whp. Just an example
While you’re mostly correct, my blower was rebuilt and most hand porters will offer to rebuild on top of the product. It’s a cost so most don’t choose to do that to save some cost. As far as precision/consistency you are correct, it’s hard to replicated perfectly if it’s done by hand.
@@TommyLinebarger yup you're right, porters do offer rebuild. I should clarify, that when he said the quote you received was half of the 1500 he was quoted, my assumption was that the half price wouldn't have included a rebuild whereas the 1500 quote he received is with rebuild included.
Nothing done with that little goose neck like bigger upgraded, so what's the point porting up to 85mm when the goose neck is nearly half of the port hole
@@TommyLinebarger yes agree but still there's a restriction from throttle body to that goose neck,so stock throttle is 25% smaller than the upgraded one then it hits that goose neck,if you measure the intake hole to the sc looks like 35×55mm ish where your port and throttle body is more like 85mm ish.
Did you ever find a place locally? Online says not to use jokerz, and the audizine forums has a user that used to do it for years but isn’t as active now.
@@TommyLinebarger oh ok, your making some solid numbers. I have a porsche 74 mm throttle body but I don't think 034 offer a file for . I'm running their DP as well
