Her hair Does not look bad at all to me I actually think the dark and light colors compliment each other I like the two toned vibes

Don’t be so hard on her folks.....we’ve all been “kitchen technicians” at some time! The front color looked better than the back. Maybe Janay talked her into letting her “fix” it later. The trim made hella difference though.

Even tho the color was uneven it was still cute.. To the untrained eye(me) u wouldnt know it was a mistake

There’s nothing with bleaching your hair at home . If you know what you’re doing it will turn out good I have gray hair and I bleached it at home it turned out beautiful it turned a platinum blonde !!

I am so surprised how good it looked. I just don't understand why people bleach their hair at home as you have to be very precise, bleaching is no joke and that's why so many people's hair falls out. Plus you have to know how to mix the chemicals properly not just slap them in and hope for the best.

Please people don’t try to lighten your hair at home. Please go to a professional. I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist and even I go to another Licensed Cosmetologist to get my hair lightened. I have seen people’s hair crumble in my hands. It’s heartbreaking. If you do go to a professional to lighten your hair, please use the products they recommend. I have heard a lot of people blaming stylists for their hair breaking off, only to find out that they didn’t listen to the stylist and get the recommended products and/or didn’t keep up with their regimen. Lightened hair is very high maintenance. Lightener dries your hair out completely and regular hair products will not help you keep up with lightened hair. If you use the wrong developer and/or leave the lightener in too long, you can easily get chemical burns. I have also seen people put a Jheri curl, relaxer or perm in their hair and put a lightener in afterwards and their hair turn into mush. It’s why we ask for your hair history. I’m never ever afraid to tell a client no to a chemical service. I have had a client go to another stylist and have a relaxer put over a Jheri curl because I refused to do it and I told her why. She ended up paying me a lot more money because I had to fix the damages. ALL of her hair fell out. I have seen some things over the years.

I love her hair color! One time I colored my hair and left it on too long (my hair was black.). OMG! My hair was an hombre of yellow, orange, and red. My hairdresser fussed at me but the longer I left it hidden under a scarf, the quicker it faded and turned into the honey blonde I love.
