@ckear001 it is a nice firm ride. I never hit my bumpstops in the desert trails anymore. I don't get that bouncing boat feeling or sagging when towing my RV either. I carry a ton of weight, so the stiffness is a must.
Honestly the Mopar lift isn't complete. The lower control arms aren't log enough for the height the springs give. Also you at least need a front adjustable trackbar to center the axle. I also put a rear adjustable trackbar on. I bought my Mopar lift on ebay for $850 originally
@BobLionel I have had two kits on two Gladiators for a combined 165k miles. Each set of tires lasted 75k miles. I have hit some of the hardest trails around the country, most of the time towing my RV or overland trailer across the country with me. In saying that, I have never had to adjust anything. Maybe lucky?!
@alfreddoumtaz215 I asked both my lifts with less than 1,000 miles on both Gladiators, so I can't speak on stock driving too much. I could definitely tell the difference between the gas and diesel springs and the Fox vs. adjustable Falcons
@@rubiatoroutdoors I just installed the adjustable fox stabilizer ats pro race on my gladiator new in the box marketplace 300 canadian .here this thing is 663$ with tax.. its Just amazing. Its driving so nice so stable now. 24 adjustment I put it at 14. Great on road and offroad... Those money pit. Lol😂
All the engineers at Fiat and at Chrysler and their fancy masters degrees and all of their combined decades of experience building cars ain’t got shit on you…
@@rubiatoroutdoors nah. They built the Chelsea testing ground for show. I’m sure they rely on fancy science do determine the correct parameters and optimal geometry for the vehicle type understanding it is still a road going vehicle, not a tractor. Jeep group occasionally throw parties in Moab, but I don’t think they made a rock crawling jeep yet in their 84 years of existence - beyond what Rubicon trial demands. Which makes economical sense for the business -Jeep is affordable for many budgets - not many drive theirs up steep cliffs. I kinda trust OEM design and testing when it comes to suspension, breaks and overall geometry of a vehicle I put my kids into.
@jabersulieman8211 I do not, but at one point, I found the difference in weight between the engines and that the springs offset that weight. I can tell you it rides much stiffer than the gas springs. It feels night and day better fully loaded. I put 80k on the gas springs, and now 72k on the diesel.
