Dear Kayleigh Thank you for your uploads. I have been working with children services for the last few years and want to change to adults. What you would say is the best team to go into and learn from

Hey 😊 I have worked in adults services in various teams and felt I gained a lot from all these experiences - I would say look for a team where the support is good because then you will have more time to reflect on what you are doing. The main things to get your head around in adults in the mental capacity assessments and safeguarding. There will be opportunities to gain experience in these areas in most teams I would think unless there are seperate safeguarding teams in the local authority you apply to. 👍
