We also have to keep in mind who's the audience and how they will see your work. This may affect they you edit the photo, cropping to match a specific ratio / print size for example, color space etc
By mistake? every photo I’ve ever taken is crooked, I correct this in post every single time 😂 I didn’t think it was possible to get it right in camera 😂😂😂
I appreciate that your videos go beyond just discussing gear. It’s refreshing to see content that focuses on the art and essence of photography itself, which people often overlook.
Thanks for your priceless content I learn a lot from you. I know that I saw on one of your videos you explained how you film while you are taking photos but I don't remember which video was that. could you please tell me what you use to film with camera while shooting or which video you talked about it?thanks
Well done Julia!, absolutely brilliant!; your Video is arguably a "one stop shop" for anyone needing guidance and clarity on their photography aspirations, many thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the tips! My biggest challenge is getting the composition right. When I notice a nice subject to capture, I am carried away so much that I am not patient enough to optimize the composition, which in the end demands a lot of post editing and non-keeper images.
I want to put the middle tip into practice soon. Different angles is so key, I tend to do it when shooting objects but forget when photographing people.
Listen take an 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lense that most beginner cameras come with and then show us how you work with light I don't mean this as hatred but it's useless to show beginners what you can do with a lense that has f/1.2 cause that stuff is super expensive.
It’s pretty easy to go to the search bar and find another video elsewhere to help you with this exact question. Lots of people create good content, but one person can’t do it all.
Yes the lens will help doing some types of photos but the photographer is actually doing the job, even with a cellphone. Take the most expensive photo kit there is and put it in the hands of any "average Joe" , the results won't be good compared to what good photographers (Like her) will do even with a cheap kit. Same with F1 cars, as fast as they can be, none of us "comuter drivers" could achieve the same speed a real F1 driver can, even with the best of cars...
1.8 lens are also cheaper. You dont need 1.2/1.4 lens to get creamy bokah. And if you have lightroom there is background blur too. So there is no excuse to be rude
I struggle because everyone keeps calling the police on me when I show up with the A1 on 50 1.2 & A7RIV on 135GM with the 20G in my pocket. I have been thrown in jail on multiple occasions because of snowflakes targeting me as a strong tall white straight male who refuses to bow down to PC culture and is constantly denigrated while others with cell phones are allowed to run free and record at will. I am thrown in jail
@@himangshumahanta5398it’s true. I’ve been arrest twice in the last year for simply trying to take photos with my 135GM and 50GM at events. I try to stand my ground, and they think I am a “terrorist”
