Yes I tried the various sounds. I was surprised at how easy it is to feel the different locations of vibration. The AUM in particular, caused the vibration to travel up from chest to head.

You left out something and that is in a chant, or not, the resonance of your chant also permeates everything around you . Even inanimate things get penetrated by that resonance. When you are not chanting you are busy resonating. Resonation becomes a form of communication on every level known and unknown. You can direct resonance whether through chant or thought. Most of the resonating frequencies we commercially employ are really messing things up for us all. These frequencies/resonations are not compatible with the natural frequencies of the Universe. Resonance is a key to many many mysteries . :O)

I am still trying to understand where is the science in this story of experiencing sensations beyond everyday life. definition of science should probably be revisited. Your body sensations don't prove a thing about reality or how nature functions.
The science is in measuring various indicators, like heart rate, blood pressure, hrv, skin conductence, sp02, respiration rate, eye movements, muscle tension, etc, WHILE they practice various sounds or mantras/meditations. You can observe a correlation between the practice and the response in the body and nervous system. It's only logical.
This guy has been a crackpot for years, pushing pseudo science wrapped in scientific terms. I can’t believe he is taken seriously by any of the scientific community.
