I know. I used to feel the same way. But eventually I started doing chores when my kids were awake and somehow made it entertaining for them. I still didn't sleep though. Ended up using their naps as alone time for me ;D
In that way, I feel the Indian system is the best. A puerpera, after her delivery will stay in her parents house and is restricted to bed for 40 days minimum. Both her and her baby will be kept in one room and nobody disturbs them. Her work is just feeding the baby. Her mother and the servants do the chores. The whole family is involved in raising the baby.

I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you wrote completely. Your baby takes a nap from 2 or 3pm to 9pm? That's what I understood. If so, that's maybe too long of a nap for any baby. Try watching the video after this one, linked in the description. The No-Cry Sleep Solution. It will include times for naps depending on the age of your baby, and how long they should be. Personally, I would wake my baby up before reaching the four hour mark, and that would probably be for a morning nap. And 3hours is even better. But that's just me. I'm a big sister that helps with my baby sissy alot, I sleep with her too mostly, what I've found that helps is giving them a warm bath and the. Instantly setting them up in a baskenet or some blankets and pillows, making sure the bottle is propped up correctly, this is because there is nothing to stimulate them so they will just fall asleep, and when they do, wait a few minutes to pick them up and put them down for bed, or else they will instantly wake up!!
Make sure they are actually tired! (Lots of eye rubbing and yawning, also if they are old enough to be in their stomach, they will test there head and get a bit fussy!)
