Being a woman of 52, I am happy to see the trend of higher blush placement on most ages/faces; I do think it keeps the face from sagging and looks very youthful. Great video!

I was thinking the same thing, she is a really good teacher even the part about the shimmer cause I have some raised freckles and have noticed it stands out more when I use shimmer blushes or highlight.

Hello! I found your channel by accident and it was (per Bob Ross) a ‘happy accident’. Lol I haven’t even finished watching the whole thing yet, but I rushed to subscribe and save this video to my ‘make up hacks’ folder so I wouldn’t lose it. Even as a super fair skin, 63 yr old woman, I got a lot out of your video. Thanks so much for making it. I know it’s a lot of work. Also, you are just lovely w/out & w/makeup as well. AND I have traveled all over the country giving seminars over the years and I can be very critical of presenters. I don’t call them out on the internet- I just talk to the screen- except for the one craft lady who scratches herself under her table during the entire video. But I digress: you are a pro at being on camera/presenting info. Perhaps you speak to people for a living? I could see you on QVC or something much better. You have a real talent for explaining things! I’m really a nobody- but I like to speak out when someone does an excellent job! Speaking of scratchy lady - I did mention that I thought it might be a turn off for her viewers. I said it very tactfully I thought- as a coaching sort of thing. Wow, she thought I was the height of rudeness. Did not take it well at all!! Well, I like the info she gives out- but the constant scratching God only knows where just skeeves me out too much. I didn’t say it like that to her. Not at all. I’m not a mean person- do unto others, right? I’ve benefitted a lot from coaching and constructive criticism. I feel it really Improved my skills. Anyhow I look forward to watching the rest of this video & others on your channel. Take care, my new You Tube presenter!!

I don't like bringing my blush up my temples. I have a small forehead. I tend to keep my blush on the top curve of my cheekbones. Definitely not bringing it down into the contour as I'm 40 so everything need to be lifted. It's just my peference. High and tight. I use a smaller brush than most.

Yass AL Jay….Teach Us!! But for me I need extra help when I tell you something’s. I have Neutral & Golden Yellow. It’s so tricky with Baby Doll Blushes (Super Light Pink Blushes) that’s why I only have one from Milani My blush addiction:you can’t wear everything 🤣 Um..excuse me teacher, You forgot Chipmunk Cheeks!! 🤯🤣 I smile like I’m in the 60s when I apply Blush 💀 I need to work on that. But I do ”Apply lightly” only only my chipmunk cheeks. ( I found out it suits me better)

Was that woman you showed during talking about Oval face shapes supposed to have an oval face? Because to me, her face was nowhere near Oval. Oval faces are longer than wide, with cheekbones and jawline of similar width, and don't have incredibly prominent cheekbones like the woman in the image. Her face is an inverted triangle if you ask me.
