Very well put Ryan! Thank you. I find myself inspired to take what you say/your words of wisdom and apply it to my job here in Boston. I work at a hat store and have been trying to plant seeds there. We have some really fine hats that are made for a very specific kind of customer. I have been trying to get my boss to realize this and and encourage him to go out into the city to find the customer to BRING them to the shop, instead of waiting for them to walk in one day (which may not happen) I'm very tempted to just go do that off the clock. PS I call is Wazay too.

Great, great vlog Ryan! The main takeaways that go to my notebook this time are: When I got to real estate in the beginning I had no experience to rely on and I had to have confidence somehow so I had confidence in what I would know. If a client would ask me "for how long you've been doing this?" I'd immediatly be like "well that building has 53 units and do you know who lived there in 2008?" and just go on fact and fact and fact because facts are easy, it's all public information. If you don't know your shit, get another job. * A job is a sitting pile of water that starts to stink, a career is a running river that has a place to go * The deals are not done between computers, the deals are done between the buyer and the seller. Same thing like Fidelity and E-Trade didn't cut out Goldman. * Instead of just trying to do it on your own, work with somebody else and listen to what they say, see how they do their business, take the best leave the rest and then go out on your own especially if you've never done it full time before.
I need to change my mentality when it comes to work. I keep feeling like we are all being tricked into sheeps, working for the "man", and wasting our life because of work. You probably work 24/7, and I'm curious if that amount of work makes your life worth, or is the amount of work wasting your life. I wish I didn't have any interest outside of work so I would get so bored that I choose work over other non-work activities.
I use google maps. When I have to travel to different showings from Maryland and DC, I need to make sure I get there early and it hasn't failed me yet 🤞🏾
Ryan when you first started on bravo you didn't seem like a nice person, but now love you on the show and your volgs have learn so much. You should speak at college graduations they could get a great heads up in how to have a great careers and approaching the work force

Ryan, next time you want to fly out of JFK, don't drive there. Instead take the LIRR from Penn Station to Jamaica Station; you'll be there in 20-25 minutes and you won't have to fight traffic. If you're flying out of LGA though you're on your own :D
The volume on cinematic cut scenes is so much louder than the audio when your talking, find myself changing the volume up and down on my computer next to my sleeping family bedrooms.Not complaining just giving feedback.
