went from 500 to 300. I get stuck every 10 pounds for longer and longer and longer my advice is stop wasting your time and if you're not going whole food home cooked carnivore then at least: 1. have zero compromise on eating zero processed food/drinks. 2. have zero compromise on getting restful sleep 3. have zero compromise on drinking enough water till your pee is light yellow These 3 are the foundation. Walking as much as time allows is #4 but some people are too big to walk. I almost was at one point. PS: Most likely your family and friends are holding you back if they won't let you do #1-#3 in peace, cut them off at least for now.
I found if my body thinks I am trying to kill it by starvation , I sort it out with fasting 16/8 . Oh it says now you are trying to really kill me. Get your act together body , brain are you listening 🤷🏻♀️ so I fast and calorie intake 1000. Up the strength training and boom she kicks in . BSL always perfect on 0:25 weekly injection of ozempic . I am a lucky person I get results on low and slow . 🐨💗
