Sorry but zombieman can’t break his limiter exactly due to his healing abilities. That’s why even if he was technically stronger than Kabuto, his inability to become stronger bc of his healing ability led to The crazy doctor to consider him inferior to kabuto.

Yeah, Carnage Kabuto was the one who had a limit of one week. We don't know how long Zombieman can fight and probably very long since his limit is just how fast he can regen and if he cannot regen anymore then he will no longer be unkillable. If he really cannot die then in theory he can fight forever.

The problem with this scenario is that Zombie Man would need to take out Nakime first before facing the other demons outside,but Nakime never leaves the Infinity Castle.
Demons actually showed sign of fatigues (ignoring Muzan since he was weakened). So their stamina or regeneration is actually limited. And using powers also drain their stamina as one of uppermoon 4's clones mentioned that his regeneration is getting slower because his other clone is using too much powers.
That's like an exception to the rule based on how upper moon 4 abilities work,no other demon has that kind of complain, and even after that the clones still kept fighting like normal.
I would say that Muzan is essentially the only demon without these "flaws". It is evident that Muzan's blood, even if it once inhabits the bodies of the oni, is certainly not produced in greater quantities in their own bodies, so it is logical that using too much of their powers they become exhausted. And they would need Muzan to "replenish" them. And Muzan would be the only one without it, since he is the very front of the demons' powers.
Since muzan had stated that as he was aging due to poison he was getting weaker and his regen was slowing down. We can assume that their regen isn't infinite and is directly proportional to their power/humans consumed.

The anime is canon as all the scenes were made under the supervision of the writer as said by the director. Gyutaro destroyed the entire town in the anime as said by gotou and shown in the afterbattle scene even though nezuko stopped the attack with her bda . Douma was 700 weakened because of eating shinobu And performed that feat pretty casually faster than what inosuke and kanao could react to . Rengoku made a train bounce with some slashes he called minor and the databook said that he could do the same with his rushing force . If we are counting the databook then that just upscales the kny verse to a much higher level . The databook compares zenitsu's 7th form to a flash of light . Upper moons can also just straight up absorb biological substances .
Muzan just needs to inject him with his blood, turn him into a demon, and destroy his cells. He'd be a great addition to the team if he were a demon again. People keep forgetting about Muzan's ability to turn into demons, but it's a powerful ability.
And you're forgetting the fact that zombieman's cells can just straight up reject Muzan's blood. I'm pretty sure zombieman would get cut, feel the poison's effects, only to regen and continue fighting.

Although I can see a world where.zombieman wins there are a few problems Firstly the topic on their regen regarding the demons Lower tiers don't just die by being decapitated It is ONLY by nichirin blades that they die due to that(most of them) due to how they are comprised 2. Even tho breathing styles aren't real elements they are portrayed to still have those exact same effects But even then a number of high tiers shld just scale above tanjiros feat of dodging actual lightning from the upper 4th demon 3. Even tho it is a creation feat it is still valid for attack potency 4.as for zombiemans scaling I rlly don't know abt that. The difference between opm and Demon slayer in scalling is insane. A Mid Demon level monster would be pratically a God and a A class hero would be an hashira in Demon slayer verse.

Muzan can use paralysing attack which bypasses durability and then just absorb him. Gyokko can turn zombie man into fish which also bypasses durability. Douma’s BDA is considered a durability neg as well. Nakime removes the sun weakness.
The problem is that Zombie always comes back from the dead (no pun intented). Unlike theUppermoon Demons and Muzan, who have weaknesses to sunlight, special poison and the blades infused with sunlight, Zombieman has never shown any sort of weakness regarding his regeneration. Plus, I doubt Muzan and Upper Moons are even able to absorb or alter him in any way due to his advanced DNA, amazing resileince and downright smart enough to avoid these situations to begin with.

I think nakima actually has a really good chance to get a draw. She could teleport him millions of miles away from her or teleport him in the middle of the ocean and the only reason I think she didn't do this in the infinity castle arc is because she was moving the whole castle all at once and was in a 1v3 with a character that has the perfect abilities to counter her.

A Flashy slash from flashy flash will cut just about anything. If someone is fringe under a large continent AP by 1000 pounds of force two hits is enough to be that level.

So, if his enemy knew of this weakness and was meticulous enough to completely obliterate every part of him, then it's an easy W for even a demon level monster and above. He only won against Homeless Emperor because of Homeless let his ego run off and started a long ass monologue, giving Zombieman enough time to regen and attack from behind. Also, although Zombieman possesses above human level of physical strength it's far from comparison to even the weakest strength type S-class hero PPPrisoner that can swim thru concrete and destroy buildings with a punch. So another way of defeating zombie man is either burying him deep underground or pinning his body with a massive boulder, completely immobilizing him indefinitely, til someone assists him of getting out of that predicament. I'm more of an OPM fan and love Zombieman, but I agree this isn't close. But, it is most certainly on Muzan's favor.

(I don't know how much stronger yet definitely enough for a difference) For striking if saitama hits a electrical barrier (doesn't matter if he isn't serious or not) with 248,790,000 lbs of force and he hits it 4 times it's total would be 995,160,000 lbs. of force. Or if metal bat kicks with the same technique at a " barrier object" 19 times it's the force of his kick*19 times, show all people who train/practice martial arts this comment the force of kick times any number.
