I bought this Range Extender to improve the signal of my 5G router. This Wi-fi repeater promises to boost WiFi signal in two bands 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, that is why it has two Wi-Fi aerials, so far I tested the range of this repeater outiside to find out what is the maximal range of this range extender.

That's what I use. The router is in my girlfriend's apartment on the second floor . I live on the first floor 2 doors down and I ALWAYS HAVE a strong signal, even outside. Now many of my friends use the Netgear extender. 5 stars and it's not expensive 59.95$ Canadian

You answered 4 or 5 of my questions quickly. Dual band? Yes WPS plug & play? Yes. Distance max 300ft...more than enough Speed Closer the better but you got 200 & that's mine too. Will it disturb my robotic vacuum and cause it to eat my cocoa puffs? No. Simply no. I'm subscribing because your gf let you put crap on her car roof, and she's awesome.

Do you happen to know what Wi-Fi band you robotic vacuum operates on ??? You can always use only one band from the repeater. If your robotic vacuum operates on 2.4 GHz you can use 5 GHz band in the repeater so the whole 2.4 GHz band is left for the vacuum claner.

$15 craigslist. Plugged it in. WPS router. WPS extender. What was fluctuating 4/6 speed (on a good day!) Is now A consistent 28/6 Your video sold me on the purchase.

I used the wps connection but the repeater was open to anyone to connect, no password protected , Idon't know what to do ? thanks

When i connect to the device it connects for a second then sends me to the website to set it up again

1. I bought this one but doesn’t connect to router through wifi with wifi extender 2. Only connect router with ethernet cable through access point. Any idea how to connect router wirelessly to this extender. Thanks

Did u ever find out how to do it Ive been saying this shit for the longest already. It’s supposedly says “WIRELESS repeater ” not ether net repeater . It’s just doesn’t make any sense

I do not know, yet but I am planning on performing a manual settings video for this device so I will try to include this very thing in it. But you will have to be patient I am quite up the walls at the moment

@@BuyOrBuyNot123 Just ordered it and set it up; it works Before I had avg 1MB/s wireless Now it's 2MB/s wired (Pc is on 2nd floor and router is ground floor)

Can you connect without the WPS as I live where the WiFi is shared? As I'm not allowed to get internet wired where I live. Would love to know this thanks.

This is just a repeater if you have an open network you can set open network as well on the repeater. So it is possible to have it without password access.

you have to use the new network the extender provides, depending on your device you can always memorise 2 networks and it should automatically choose the stronger signal

Yes.All is explained in the manual but the best thing to do is just use the WPS key on the side of the device with WPS key on your router and you are up and running in seconds.

Your video have not showing step by step on the set up. WSP doesnt work and the company website is no longer provide the same service. This product is 2015, over 6 years without the support of his company..what you think?
