16:33 No but the hat falling off of Elphaba because of Glinda in this moment actually makes it so much better when you remember how it's a symbol of their relationship over the course of the show and really highlights the breaking point between them

The slaps were probably real! You can do harmless, loud stage slaps if the slapper has soft hands and the other person clenches their jaw and get hit right where the muscle is

It's really hard to time that - and dangerous too, plus makeup can get messed up. It's much more consistent if the slap goes by the face and one person or another naps

I heard in an interview some of their slaps were real toward the end of their run together - so these have to be them! They also stated the stage management would make them do push-ups to punish them for doing it 😂😂

i just remembered another thing: during the catfight, on the 2013 show with Donna Vivino and Alli Mauzey; on the catfight, two of my favorite things are 'feel better?' and how donna mirrors allis bouncing and fake slaps the shit out of her after alli says 'yes i do'

I'm so glad MK and GC's For Good was in here! Their take on the song is genuinely one of my favourites because of how much chemistry they have together and the little details sprinkled in their performance. The way Glinda's leans in when Elphie sings, "It well may be that we may never meet again" and then followed by her little pause and softer tone when she has to reassure Glinda by saying "in this lifetime". It's sooo good!

I wasn't a fan of Wicked before watching *legitimately* this specific video, mostly because I'd only listened to a couple songs and hadn't checked it out further, but watching the actors give emotions and humor and depth to their characters?? Gosh I NEED to see this live some day. ALL Wicked songs will now be added to my drive-to-work-and-back playlist.

I may be a little obsessed... 😳 I have NO idea how the Elphie bearly cracked! Edit: Its definitely GCM as Glinda but is it also MKM as Elphie in my first clip? (One of the best pairings if not the best in my opinion!) Edit: Now I KNOW this is them at 18:43 it is one of there last "for good's" together, like you know in costume.

Really prefer the 1st one w/ how she corrects the ‘Ga’ being borderline bitchy. The 2nd one was too nice, and the 3rd was too ditzy and went by too fast.
