Nick, never apologize for repeating meals on your cheat days it's okay! If you're not enjoying yourself throughout the day what's the point of cheat days you know? I know you have those donuts first cause you want to enjoy your favourite part first with an empty stomach making it all the more satisfying so you get that maple bacon with no regrets!
