Hey Nick- just binge watching past videos, so sorry for delayed comments/feedback. Love all your videos, even the ones where life just happens and you have to flow with it! I would love to see a FDOE when you are not doing a cheat day--either when you're cutting or bulking. But keep doing cheat day videos, don't stop....EVER!
