I'm not too much of a fish person but occasionally I eat tuna fish. This made me crave one now at 1am EST USA! I love the addition of pickled peppers and wow! Chris what an absolute gorgeous tomato! I could set out a plate of those type from your garden with some sea salt and cracked pepper as a side dish to the melt! Rye/Pumpernickel swirl swirl along for it a must!!
