Toi bad its so expensive my moms hoa was $80 a year $350 a month plus membership og 8k on a retirement income can be very challenging for the standard America . Community retirement homes are such a great thing too praying prices go down

Reminds me of when you took us to CantaMia. Like the peace and quiet. Trilogy communities are very nice but dues are higher than communities like CantaMia and PebbleCreek. Marjorie and I will have to check out the downtown area when we come down next spring. We hope all is well with you!

It's such a cute town! Good cafes and some good shops to check out. Well worth the drive over there when you are back in town!

Looks great! Love seeing these new communities with great scenery and great amenities. (Nice aerial shots btw) Dues are kinda steep however. Do you get more amenities here than at Victory or PC? How many pools?

Maybe about the same amenities as Victory but not quite the level of Pebblecreek. Pros and cons to each. Hope to see you guys soon!

So golfing fees are not included ?

No. At nearly every community the golf fees are not included. In this case the course is private. Social members get discounts on up to 12 rounds per year. Golf members pay a much higher membership fee.
