Early 1990’s street footage and cruising sequence on Division Street within the Noble Square, Wicker Park, and Bucktown neighborhoods. At the 7:00 minute mark the camera passed by Division & Wolcott LK’s.

The good o days 😌, rent was cheap average 2 bedroom apt 400 dollors a month , food was also cheap , clothing line was a bit expensive but we managed, you worked every fortnight and got Paid minimum wage and still were able to save a few bucks . Today is a joke 2023

You're REALLY out of touch. What's depicted in the video here is *depressing* compared to the lively and growing neighborhood that exists now. WP was a HOLE. Interesting, sure... as a curiosity but who wants to live in a curiosity?

You had to live in these areas during the mid-80s and early 90s to understand the people had hearts of pure gold ✨️ it was always a bigger picture .

I remember when there was a dollar tree and library on Milwaukee. Been to both as a child. But Wicker park is a armpit of a park and neighborhood.

I grew up in "Noble Square". It wasn't called that back in the 60's and 70's though. Most called it a slum.

Behind the Walgreens , There WAS A Hells Henchman Garage . They were given 24 hrs to move after they United with The Angels . We burned it in 23 hours .

I disagree, this area is still targeted for heavy crime, armed burglaries, shootings, and car jackings. There’s a reason Milwaukee Ave recently had overnight parking banned…
